Worth the extra money
-05.20.13
Quick Take: great!
I have always bought my curlers in a cheapie store and always had problems. Cheap ones cut your lashes, don't line up and the rubber always falls out. These ones are light weight, easy to use, only have to use once for curl. It lines up perfectly so I don't cut the lashes. Will buy this one again when I need one.

Falls flat.
-05.20.13
Unfortunately this eyelash curler wreaked havoc on my lashes. I have been curling my stick straight lashes for about 11 years and have never used a curler this bad. It actually took my lashes and made them look like wiry spider legs or tentacles. They were irreversibly contorted for the day every time I used it. I went back to my VERY OLD curler whose brand name also starts with "s" and was sou disappointed I wasted all that money on this piece of junk. Also, it pinched the heck out of my tender eyelid skin every single time. I am not a rookie by any means. I know how to use a curler. But this one pinched me like you'd expect one of the cheap ones to do. I was so upset. I do not recommend it.

Not so cur,led
-05.20.13
I think this product changed slightly, and not just the color. It feels less curved and wider and I have unfortunately had a hard time using this curler not. I have used this product for YEARS so it is somewhat disappointing!

Seems to Be Made for Smaller Eyes
-05.15.13
This was supposed to be such a great curler. But when I used it my fingers hurt because they were positioned awkwardly and it seemed to be shaped to cover a smaller eye. So it didn't get all of my lashes and I actually got scared that it was going to pull out some of my lashes.

Can't reach side lashes
-05.15.13
Everyone around me was raving about this curler so I decided to buy it after my old curler broke. But then I discovered that this one not only pinches my eyelids but misses all of the side lashes. It curls only the front lashes. But what's the point of that? I want to return this.

Pinched
-05.14.13
Quick Take: not good
Hard to get a grip without pinching base of lid. Have to pull lashes away from it, very difficult. Have 2 pinched eye lids!

Disappointed
-05.13.13
Quick Take: a major disappointment
I bought this based on some of the reviews. This is a poor replacement for my Shu-Umuera eye lash curler! The curler is too flat!

worth every penny!
-05.10.13
Quick Take: amazing!
I have always bought cheap eyelash curlers at Target or WalMart, but they never worked for me becuase I have very hooded lids and they were too wide at the top. This one works so amazing, I can't express it enought. The first words out of my mouth after I used it the first time was HOLY CR*P! I have never had my eyelashes curl like that before. It was perfect! It got every single one of my lashes without pinching my eyelid. I do warn you though, these are a million times better than any drugstore curler, so using too much pressure will crimp your lashes making them look unnatural or causing them to fall out. You don't need to clamp them down super hard like cheapy curlers, just a very light squeeze will do the trick and they stay curled all day. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Quick Take: curling
I accidentally bought this, I would never spend 20 dollars on an eyelash curler... So when it arrived I figured I'd test it out and if I wasn't completely amazed I'd just return it. I ended up keeping it. It's not as curved as other curlers and that's probably why it works so much better. I'm not sure if its worth the price, but it is a very very good curler.

So useless
-05.09.13
I had an older eye curler I bought at my local drug store for like $6 but I had it for over a year so I needed a new one. I found this one and bought it thinking to would be worth will. So not worth $20 and my eyelashes fall out easier with it. Just don't get it.

Excellent! Curl my eyelashes very well. Since my eyelid is very thick, so my lashes always very hard to be curled. Shiseido did really well.

This is the first curler to capture all my lashes. It gives them a nice long lasting curl just at the base. Highly recommend. Worth the cost.

Amazing Curler
-05.06.13
Quick Take: great
I usually have a hard time finding a curler that works for my lashes. I have very stubborn straight lashes that refuse to curl, but the Shiseido curls amazing was able to curl them without any damage. I like the different shape and the tightness of the curl grip. I would recommend this product if you have stubborn lashes.

Nice curler!
-05.06.13
Didn’t think I would love this more than my Shu Uemura curler, but I DO! The curve on the curler is perfect for my naturally straight lashes. Only down side to this curler is it’s darker chrome finish. I like a lighter color curler so I can see my lashes actually being curled. Otherwise, it works well and I appreciate the second curler pad that comes with it.
