Quick Take: long wearing, waterproof, smudgable

Glides on perfectly. It is versatile - you can draw a clean, sleek line or smudge it with the sponge tip. It is long-lasting. I actually have to remove it with make-up remover.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS EYELINER. IT DOES NOT SMUDGE BY THE END OF THE DAY AND ITS A GREAT SMOKEY EYELINER. IT HAS A SMUDGE BRUSH AT THE OTHER END OF THE PENCIL FOR ON THE GO LADIES THAT HATE CARRYING AROUND A LOT OF ACCESSORIES IN THEIR PURSE (LIKE ME ;)
