Until now I had never used liquid liner, I had always been way to paranoid to try it - but on the recommendation of a friend (who is also named Kat), I decided to try this liner. It took a few times to get perfect lines, but I absolutely love it. It goes on easily, and with a steady hand creates gorgeous perfect lines. It also lasts all day and night, which is perfect! I also found out the hard way that it is incredibly water proof (and by hard way I mean I had a very upsetting time, spilt many, many tears - and still had perfect eyeliner, my other make up is gone but the eyeliner remained).
I personally put it on my lid only, putting it on lower lid as well I find looks way to harsh (instead I use a more vibrant colour), but this would completely be different for everyone :)

I am Asian and i don't have the creased eyelid so when i want to wear liquid eyeliner it can be messy and require tons of q-tips! BUT this liner has definitely changed the way i wear my liner! it glides on very smoothly, dries quickly; which is a big deal for my chinky eyes, it doesn't smudge, and it doesn't give me raccoon eyes after 8 hours! the pen allows me to create defined lines or create a more dramatic look with thicker lines. all in all this is a great product!

I have been using gel liners in a "pot" with brush application for a few years and I really like them but I was looking for different colors to try and came across this liner in "skater" (blue). I never thought I 'd like any color but black or dark brown but I really like it. It is so easy to apply...the tip of the brush is just the right texture and is flexible to make it glide on easy. I have found with other liner pens that if my hand is not perfectly steady the entire time that my line looks very crooked b/c the tip is too rigid or not enough. I have found this liner pen to be the easiest one I have used. The product stays on all day after application. I love it! I also bought this product in "trooper" (black), it works just as well but I am really enjoying the blue better and have gotten many compliments on it.

I am slowly becoming addicted to the Kat Von D line. Its a bit pricey for my taste as I am usually a supermarket makeup purchaser, but I decided to give it a shot and I'm glad I did. The only issue I have with this liner is me. I am used to using a pencil and my hand is a bit shaky for a liquid liner, but it is made with a tip that is easy to use and fixing mistakes is easy to do, but the liner doesn't wear off quickly during the day.I will definitely buy this again when the time comes.

I normally use pencil eyeliners because I usually make a mess with liquid liners, but I thought I'd give this one a try because I love Kat Von D's makeup. I'm glad I gave it a try because to my surprise I was able to apply this evenly without making any mess at all. The brush makes it easy to use to create a thick or thin line with precision, which is saying a lot coming from me who usually ends up giving up on liquid liner. But I've finally found one that is easy enough for a novice to operate and am really enjoying it. Another great thing is that it stays on without smudging or smearing at all--even if I fall asleep with it on.

This eyeliner is great, but the issue I have is the brush tip. I knew that before I bought it so I can't really complain, I just don't prefer them. The reason I bought it anyway was because the brush is pretty firm and the eyeliner didn't smudge off my hand. After using it for a while, I do really like ti and will probably buy it again, regardless of the brush. :]

the liner isnt smudgy which is great, but its really hard to draw with: if you have the tiniest bit of dampness on your eyes, it is impossible to apply. also the brush sometimes wipes away some of the just drawn liner, which is inconvenient when you are trying to darken. however, that said and done, it lasts really long once you have it on. the reason i give it four stars is i love drawing on myself with it(i doodle on my hands all of the time), its absolutely wonderful and just like paint in a great pen form. This is a much better alternative than drawing on my hands with pen, as it is less harmful to my skin.

This is a great eye liner, it is so easy to use, the color is perfect. You can make smooth lines, whether you like it thin or thick on your eyes. I highly recomend this product. I love Kat Van D products, have the eye shadows too.
