Formula has been changed - fragrance overload!

I used to love this stuff. I would always ask for it as a gift but recently purchased it for myself. The formula has changed and my eyes won't stop tearing. It's fragrance overload. I'm not going to be able to tell if it moisturizes my skin like it used to because I can't keep it on my face long enough to do so. Seriously disappointed. Why do companies insist on changing good products? It probably had to do with more profit and cheaper ingredients. So sad right now!

I very rarely write reviews. I received this as a deluxe sample and decided to order full size. I have been using this for a few weeks now and my skin has never looked better. I usually do not see big changes in my skin even with expensive products. I love that this doesn’t feel chemically but yet still has such major results. My skin feels happy and younger.

Quick Take: moisturizing, uplifting scent
It's apparent we all have different taste in scents! This smells exactly like Oleg Cassini perfume from the 70's. It appears very few users like that in a face cream, but I certainly see benefits from using this cream daily. It is so lovely! It is moisturing and also serves as a perfect base in the AM for my makeup routine. My tinted moisturizer (Cellceuticals Photo Defense SPF55, which also rocks/mixed with Stella 3-step primer, another great product) has sunscreen in it so I like to start with a healthy barrier between that and my skin. I know a lot of you will disagree, what with the scent involved here, but I have had no bad reactions and I do have very sensitive skin. I stocked up on this when it was a VIB sample and plan to purchase when I run out of those little treasures. I've been using it for months now, daily, and I am pleased with the texture and improvement in my skin.

I got this after reading all the rave reviews and I'm so disappointed. It actually made my skin really bumpy and honestly didn't see a diference in less wrinkles or spots diminishing... So I wil be returning this

I used this product last year and due to the price, I purchased something else when it ran out. It took about a couple of months using a different product and I noticed that my skin had changed. I'm back and I constantly get compliments on my skin. This product is amazing and it is worth every penny. I use the product after washing my face in the morning and before going to bed.

I got this as a delux sample, but I can't use it long enough to judge the quality....because of the obnoxious, overwhelming perfume!!!! Scents this strong are loaded with toxins, also.

My skin got hyper-sensitive after using benzonyl hydroxide and retin-A for acne treatment. This is one of the only creams that are gentle enought to not irritate my skin. However, I don't think it does anything to my wrinkles and signs of age.

Got a free sample of this and there was no place on my body far enough away from my nose I could apply it. Why oh why do companies put perfume in skin care products? If I want a scent I'll apply it separately and not on my face! And the price, ooh la la what a rip off.

I got a little tube of this as a sample and omg I loved it! Although I'm young and don't need anti aging products, this made my skin feel amazing! My face felt soo smooth! If only I could afford a whole bottle, I'd buy it!

i been using this cream for 2 months, the first month i used it once a day and saw some difference i thought it was too oily for my oily/sensitive skin but then i started using twice a day. At night i first wash my face with african cleanser from ole then i put on the night gel from ole and on top the cream, this works so well for me. In the morning i use the sos serum then the cream and foundation spray some grape water and my face stays so radiant all day long, i do get so many compliments, i think is a little expensive but i will keep buying it. Very well worth it. Then of course my 47 seven year old skin needs it maybe if i was younger it would be a different story.

I keep coming back to this product after trying to find a moisturizer that works as well as this one but less expensive. I finally decided that this is the one for me and I cant find a replacement even if I pay more money for it. My skin glows and also looks brighter even after a few days of using this product. I do have a nice skin but this moisturizer makes it even more smooth without feeling greasy.

Seriousely worth it! I have barely any money, but when I have to spend $6 here and $30 there trying different things, it adds up. This is worth EVERY penny. Wears as a moisturizer, eye cream, tone balancing cream, wrinkle reducer, luminizer, etc. Better than any BB or wrinkle cream EVER.... I have sensitive, uneven, dry/combo skin....I am turning 30 in May, and no one believes I am a day over 21. Sure beats the pizza face I used to have, LOL. I LOVE you, Caudalie!

This product has so much scent in it that it bothered my eyes, and I was sure I avoided my mouth during application but I still had an awful chemical taste. For the price and the promotional description, I would expect a better and more natural product. Very disappointed.

I got a deluxe sample of this with an order, I was excited to try based on reviews/product description. I used it once and it made my face break out big time. I have dry/combination skin and I now have pimples/bumps all over my chin and cheeks. I gave it 2 stars because I did like the way it smelled. Beware if your skin can't handle a heavy cream.

i got a free sample from my last order and i just finished it up. i absolutely LOVE it. the smell is soooooo lovely and leaves my skin feeling so nice and soft. i have really bad eczema and it felt smoother in just that week of using it! soooo i go to see how much it is to order it aaaaaaaaaand i cant afford it... im so sad too because it instantly became a huge part of my morning regimen. im so sad but i will save up and get it! i think its worth the money but i cant afford it at the moment, sadly. so sadly...

I received a sample size of this from Sephora and boy oh boy was I sad when it was gone. I have combination to oily skin but always have problems with dry spots around my cheeks and around breakouts. This moisturizer left my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, didn't add to my breakouts, and made my foundation apply more evenly. It also smells lovely and a little goes a long way; the sample tube lasted me a week (using it twice a day). If I weren't on such a tight budget (student) I would repurchase it in a heartbeat.
