I bought this for myself as a Christmas gift, and it's taken me until now to get through all the mascaras! I have a few favorite and then there are a few I tossed after wearing just once. My favorites are Benefit's BADGal lash, Smashbox Lash DNA, and Fresh's Supernova. BADGal makes my eyelashes HUGE, but it tends to smudge into my under-eye concealer. Lash DNA thickens, lengthens, separates, everything it says, it does. The Supernova is the one I ended up purchasing, and I chose it because it CURLS without looking or feeling brittle or sticky. It is also the mascara that clumps the least and doesn't smudge. This sampler is a great buy if you're looking for that next mascara to love! I found mine! Go find yours :)

I'm so glad Sephora offers these samplers. I always like the chance to try a bunch of new products at a reasonable price. A friend shared this collection with me during the holidays. I was somewhat disappointed that I didn't get to try all the mascaras myself. My eyelashes are long and thick, and some mascaras just don't do much for them. Some I just don't like. So I was really glad to find out that this collection was still available so that I could try the ones I missed out on last time.
This is also your opportunity to also try a whole stash of mascaras. If you only want to try a few of them, find a few friends and split these up. The good thing about most mascara is that, unopened, it lasts a very long time so you can use one at a time, and the rest should be good for months.
I've found that each mascara has its own characteristics and gives different effects. In my personal collection, I have a favorite brand and type that I wear every day, and different ones for nighttime and special occasions. I have friends who absolutely hate the ones I love and I don't particularly like the ones some of my friends use. Those mascaras might look great on them, but they don't do a thing for me. It's all about individual preference, which is why this sampler is such a great opportunity to try a lot of different mascaras and eye products.
There are ten mascaras in this collection. Sephora's description states exactly what's in this selection, so I won't waste your time reiterating it. I've already tried many of these mascaras and some are really good. But each woman's lashes are different, so what I like and what you like may be entirely different. Still, the selection in this collection is very very good. I highly recommend this collection because of the excellent mascaras it includes.

I LOVE mascara! Always use Bad Gal lash, but curious about many others. I hate to pay $25 for something that I'm uncertain of when I know I can just get Bad Gal lash and be happy. So any way, this sampler is absolutely perfect and there is not one of them in the kit that I can honestly say that I don't like. This is great for anyone wanting to try the best mascaras out there today. LOVE IT!!!

I have Lash Extender by Sephora and it is amazing! I got it as a VIB perk and I love it. It makes me look like I have fake lashes! IT's the most amazing mascara I've ever used.. I'll definitely but it when it comes out on its own. It dries fast too and doesn't flake like a lot of them do.. aka diorshow (which also dries out my eyes) and fiberwig.

I don't know about you but I get so confused with mascara. None of the claims seem to be accurate and I have yet to find THE ONE. This seemed like a great way to sample a bunch of different wands and formulas and figure out which was my fave. The problem is that so far, I love each of them for a different reason. The good news about that though is that with such a selection, I'll be able to select a mascara for any need (office, hot date with hubby, soccer game, etc.) for the entire year.

its always hard to find a good mascera so this was the perfect chance to try out a bunch for less then half the price of buying full size tubes. All though i didnt like most of them i did find 3 that i love and cant wait to buy the full size.

Great sampler for trying first rate mascaras

This kit is wonderful for trying all these top mascaras. I have not tried them all yet. They last a long time so don't think because they're small, they aren't worth the money. I have found they last as long as I would normally use a mascara anyway. 3 or 4 months. I LOVE the Fresh Supernova. It doesn't clump and the brush is great. The Tarte lash stain went in the trash. It does NOT come off! Your lashes or your skin. I used makeup remover, vaseline, baby oil and still couldn't get it all off. I guess if you are one of those mermaid swimmers in a Fllorida theme park, it would be great. The Laura Mercier is nice but it clumps a little. Don't like as much as the Fresh Supernova. These are the only 3 I've tried so far. I'll review the others as I use them.

Love this product. I lost all my eyelashes as a result of chemotherapy and was thrilled when they began to grow back. Using the sampler allowed me to experiment and find just the right products for my brand new eyelashes!

I don't use that much mascara and I like to have them in my purse, car, gym bag, and bathroom. This usually means I end up either using old mascara or throwing away money. I never could use a full sized mascara is three months. I haven't tried them all, but I am in love with this set. I am set for a couple of years now. I did try the lash stain. It is a little bizarre, but I could have used it during my Hawaii trip...doesn't come off. Put lotion on your eyes before applying and get it off skin fast.
