I LOVE these eyeliners! The colors are gorgeous, and they last forever. They don't smudge, smear, run, NOTHING! Virtually waterproof, but go on so smooth and creamy. Wish each pencil was sold separately. This is a true winner with Smashbox, I will go get another set, just so I have these fabulous liners, since they are a limited edition! Try them, you won't be disappointed!!!!

Love these pencils. I loved all the colors except for the silver one. Great selection of colors. My favorite one was the shimmery brown one. These are full-sized pencils and are worth $16 each if purchased separately. I think this set is better than the Sephora brand flashy liner set which I also purchased and ended up rfeturning because they were too "shiny" and I didn't like most of the colors which I either thought were too bright or barely showed up when I applied it. I definitely would recommend this Smashbox one though. I think all the colors are beautiful and perfect.

I was debating between these and the urban decay sets. I finally picked this becasue you get 5 pencils that are full size instead of four minis and some glitter liner. These are more usable for me. The colors are all gorgeous and they stay on forever. You can smudge them out if you do it just after you apply and then they become very smudge proof and seem waterproof to me. The urban decay sets have some bright fun colors but I only wear that stuff and fake eyelashes to see bands, so this is more worth it to me. Great pencils and will make great gifts I am getting to more sets for gifts.

Soft, bright and easy to apply...the color lasts all day and blends better than any other eyeliner I have used. I'll never go back to anything else.
P.S. the purple is a perfect match for hazel eyes.

Very Pretty and Versatile- 11.03.09

I wanted to buy a set of pencils but not invest a lot of money in colors I would not use. After debating between this and another set, I decided I liked the palette in this set. There is a dark forest green, a black, a silver, a bronzey brown, and a royalish purple. They wear very easy, and last all day long. You can wear them layered on your lid and not look too overdone (if you are accustomed to getting that look) or you can wear them on the inner rim without having it transfer to under your eyes later in the day. The silver is great to accentuate the inner corner of your eye and make them look brighter. I think you could even use them as shadows, if you are quick to smudge them once they are applied. In any way you choose to use them, they are a good addition to the cosmetic case.

Beautiful pencils! I only line my lower lid, so I can't say anything for those that line their uppers. However, these are some of the creamiest pencils I have ever used, and the colors are gorgeous! As with most pencils (especially good ones), you have a brief amount of "play time," but once you allow them to dry/set, their lasting power is phenomenal. Great buy! Think about it...just $6+ change per SMASHBOX pencil. I may just buy another set to keep on hand :)

These pencils are great, very creamy and highly pigmented. I wore these as eye liner and also as all over eye shadow, and great results for both. They are smudgeable and last long as well. For some reason I was expecting them not as good, but they turned out great.
