I gave the low rating because of the price. I guess I just can't find a difference between this and a lower priced one at the drug store.

Sephora Eyelash Curler is worth a wink - 11.10.09

Alot of eyelash curlers bend and break you lashes. This curler has a wide base and gently and evenly curls all your lashes to a soft upward sweep, not a bent wreck!

Excellent Eyelash Curler - 11.04.09

I always had a problem curling my lashes because the eyecurler would pinch me. I have used Shuemuru and Shiseido, it curled my lashes well, but pinched me very much. This eyelash curler it takes more time to curl but it does not pinch me at all. It takes about a few seconds to curl it.

Quick Take: good

Good product and comfortable to use. I am only disappointed that it doesn't catch the eyelashes on the outside corners very well.
