Quick Take: brightening, no help for fine lines
I know this product is supposed to be mainly for bag de-puffing and dark circle reduction, and it is okay for that, but it also states that it helps with fine lines and collegen production, which I would have to completely disagree with. I have seen no impact on my fine lines; infact I would say with all honesty they are worse. Plus, my eyes look older, less firm, then they did before I started using this product. That being said, it does help TEMPORARILY deflate bags andlighten circles, but I have seen no evidence that these effects are in any way permanant. After a rough night, it helps, but I've used much better products that don't make my eyes look older. I did like the roller ball, and had no issues with it coming out. Just hold it upside-down and shake for a bit, should work just fine....just like the instructions say :)

I have very sensitive skin and I need something to get rid of dark circles. I'm 25 years old, so anti-wrinkle isn't a major concern. This doesn't burn or irritate my skin like some other anti-wrinkle eye creams do.

...to the people who say they love this stuff but aren't seeing much benefit. You have to use this faithfully every day and night. I really saw a huge difference toward the end of the bottle. I 'm sure with continued use my under eye area will continue to show benefits.

Quick Take: overpriced, dysfunctional
The roller does not work properly- product does not dispense. It actually hurt the skin under my eyes from trying to roll it to activate the solution inside. I had to pop the roller ball out to use the product. The product has not helped my eyes at all (been using for 2 weeks). I actually have dark circles that I never had before. This is NO GOOD!
I like the product, would have given it a 4 if it were not for the roller ball. I have used other eye gels with a roller ball and I like the extra massage it gives, but this one doesn't consistently dispense the gel, so I find myself rolling an empty ball around most of the time. I will be returning this item. Too bad because the gel feels great....

Quick Take: soothing
I've tried quite a few eye creams and this is the best so far! I don't think anything out there truly works miracles and i don't expect that but this really helps with puffiness and is super refreshing. I use it in the morning, during my hectic days at work, and in the evening. I'm buying one for all of my loved ones :)

Quick Take: felt dry on my skin had to use a serum with it.
I was really hoping this would work for the puffiness that I get under my eyes when my sinus problems flare up, unfortunately I could not tell any difference at all. I was better off using a warm towel over my eyes. Should have taken it back but will give it another shot when I have the problem again. It did help somewhat with my dark circles-that is the only reason why I am giving it a 2 star rating.

This product did not work at all. I had no visible difference in puffiness below the eye. The store associate was very helpful and gave me a sample of two more products to try. Unfortunately this product cannot be sampled because it has a rollerball applicator.

I came into my local Sephora the other day thinking I was going to have to spend an arm and a leg on a good eye fixer-upper. An associate showed me several products with harsh price tags, but then she showed me this one. I wasn't sure at first, but then I tried it. Thats all it took! I knew it was working because I felt it. A minute later, I looked at myself in the mirror and was shocked, my eyes were the brightest they have been since I was younger! Even my associate agreed that I looked amazing!
This is more of a day item, but it fits in my purse so that I can easily use it at work or before a date.
Sometimes the roller ball tries not to give me any product, but you just have to shake the bottle and roll it around a little. Other than that, this is a wonderful little miracle!

I work night shift and sleep in the daytime. Before I go to work, I use this great product! It's metal ball is always cooling to the tired eye area. It has some brightening qualities also, very little shimmer though. I would love for this to have a more illuminating formula, but definitely love this brand. Try it and you won't be disappointed.

I have puffy under eyes with dark circles naturally. I tried concealer under my foundation and that did about nothing. I ran into a display of this stuff in my Sephora store the other day and decided to give it a try. All I can say is WOW. I'm so pleased with this product. It has a tingly/cooling feeling to it. Right away I noticed the puffiness go down. I woke up the next morning with lighter circles. I use this stuff under my Korres concealer and Bare Minerals foundation and found it doesn't gunk up or anything. My under eyes look brighter and as a result I appear more awake! I can't wait to see the more dramatic results. Some people say they can't tell if it's going on or not, I'm not too sure how that can be possible. You'll feel the liquid and notice the liquid when it's on your skin.

This eye roller is unique. It has some type of sparkle in it so it reflects light off your under eye area to make it appear lighter and irridescent. I don't have puffy eyes so I'm not sure how well it works for puffiness.
