Quick Take: illuminating, velvet finish, glowy
I debated between ordering this one or the original Mythic during FF, and I am so glad I chose these. The packaging is divine, like a beautiful jewel box. I agree with the previous reviewer that the black packaging makes the colors just glow. The product itself is absolutely fantastic. The powder is not overly shimmery or opalescent, or too pale. It provides a beautiful lit-from-within glow and a velvet finish. I use a primer under my foundation so I am not exactly sure how oil-absorbing this powder is on its own, but layered over my base of Perfekt and Airflash, I did not have any excess shine all day. This powder does have a violet/floral scent, but I like it. It dissipates quickly.

Divine Pearls!- 11.05.09

When I bought this I was really upset, I was expecting the package to be small but this was TINY!! This seasons box is roughly the same size as the regular Meteorites Powder Pearls (and the same price).
I really love the three different sized pearls now!!! Atleast with mine Almost all of the white pearls are the huge pearls so I am so happy!! Even though this is smaller then the Midnight Butterfly Pearls its the same thing practically and the midnight pearls have lasted me well over a year so I know this product will last long and it is definitely worth the price! It smells wonderful (violets), gives great coverage, evens out skin tone, and just gives the skin a luminous sheen and radiance that is unsurpassed.
The packaging for this one is so beautiful even though it is cardboard it has the little rhinestones and is all black which makes the pearls inside POP!!!
I love this product so much I hopefully can reorder another as a backup. Hopefully you will try this amazing product out, you will be glad you did!
