Quick Take: exfoliating, moisturizing
Best retinol I have ever used. I've been using it for at least three years have gone through four bottles and purchased one for my mom. I really like it but hate the high price tag - I do have to admit it is worth it.

Quick Take: moisturizing
You can feel it working instantly. But non-irritating. No redness. I use it every other night. A good compliment to the Firmx peeling gel. I've used other retinal creams, but noticed no difference. It's very moisturizing as well. I will stick with this retinal product. Works right away!

Not bad, looses its potency

I have been using retinol for years now and I'm always looking for the next best treatment. The first two weeks I saw a visible difference in my skins color and texture. However retinol is very sensitive to being exposed to air. So the bottle is not a helpful tool. Please repackage this product so it does not lose its potency, other then that its great stuff.

Quick Take: absorbs quickly
I am now on my third bottle within 2 yrs...while some may think it is expensive, it is well worth it. I just turned 46 - eveyone thinks I am in my late 30's. I have small fine wrinkles, but you cannot see them anymore. I use every night on my face, neck and decolletage. My skin has always been very sensitive, but this product does not irritate my skin at all. I highly recommend!

Quick Take: very nice
I use to use pharmaceutical retina, but it is too expensive and difficult to get a prescription if it isn't for actual acne. This actually provides a similar but lighter effect and leaves your skin with a healthy glow while not being irritating.

Quick Take: well absorbed., the most important product to use at night.
I love this retinol serum because it is great for layering other products. About five minutes after applying I then put my favorite product to even out my skin color. Works great.

I have tried many PM products over the years (and yes, I am over 55) and this one is by far the best. The improvements in my skin were immediately noticeable. I wear an SPF 55 sunscreen during the day and this product at night. My skin is smooth, unlined and much more even-toned as a result.

Quick Take: too greasy
Got this as a sample and tried it for a week or so, even tried using every other day. It does make you skin smother and look more evened out. But then the breakouts come, its really oily, and I am not really pimple prone. I got these little white heads that you tend to get with greasy products. Not a happy camper, its still sitting in my medicine cabinet collecting dust

I've been using this product for a month and a half and I had noticeable results within two weeks! The chronic redness, mild acne scarring and brown spots all lightened. This evened out my skin tone to the point where I no longer use concealer and I use half the amount of foundation. I can't say much about how well they do with wrinkles because I only have really minimal under eye wrinkles, but I recommended my mom buy it right away. I did not have any redness/irritation that most retinol products cause.

Quick Take: non-irritating like some retinols, a silky application
I have been using this product at night for over two weeks and small lines are less visible for sure. I would rank it higher but have only been using it a short time. I'm over 65 and look younger. Am willing to pay more for a product that provides even some results. I will reorder.

Usually like PTR products, but this was far beyond a huge miss. Have used this for five months and have seen NO change in my light sun damage, pore size, and overall skin texture/appearance. It feels like water going on my face, and is about as effective as water. One of the worst products I have used, as it didn't do a thing!

Quick Take: wrinkle prevention plus
This is the anti-aging product. It's so difficult to recommend any other retinol product because they don't say how much retinol is in them! It's retinol at night & sunscreen in the morning. Takes two months to work and may need to start slow to get to every day strength. All I do at night - wash, PTR, moisturize! It's a breeze. Yippee!!!

I use product follow by a moisturizer for two months. I use 2 drops every other day. Then my skin dry , my face turn red, wrinkles appear on those areas plus flakes and itchy.
I suspended it and i have to spent around anotheb100 dlls to revertbdamage. It does worth it. I will better use dr. Brant, perricone or philosopy . They have same price better results...

It works. You have to give it time as with most products. I use retin-A on most of my face except the under-eye area so I basically use the ptr there. I also use vitamin C in the morning and the combination I think works great to diminish fine lines and dark circles. again for most people you have ti give it time ,as in at least couple months I would say. I would give it 5 stars but the packaging allows for air to go in and that diminishes actives' efficiency. Come on PTR you can do better that that

I first fell in love with this product because of the high percentage of retinol. It is fast absorbing and goes right into the skin. I would prefer the packaging being changed. Retinol breaks down when it hits air or light. So formulating a new packaging design with an airtight pump would be optimal for keeping this product more stable.

After using the whole sample bottle as directed daily - I really didn't see much difference in skin tone, lines,pores or anything it claims to do. I noticed my skin was very soft but that is about all; the Retinol Fusion AM, like other PTR products seems too strong for me and makes me notice lines I never saw before. This seems like any of the other PM Oils I've used by reputable companies - so it may just be my skin. I seem to get better results that last longer with PM moisturizers like Algenist, Fresh and newer products that incorporate Vitamin C or other citrus oils. Again, this may just be MY skin and may have worked better had I started using it before age 35. It's not bad, but to me this is no better and no worse than other oils of its kind.

Quick Take: hydrating, exfoliating
As other reviewers have noted, it took a while to begin to see results, but after using this for about 6 weeks now, I don't think I'd dare go without it. I alternate each night with bareMinerals Cell Renewal Night Serum, so i can't be sure which product is doing what, but my skin has never looked better nor felt smoother and more supple. Just a half dropper is plenty to smooth over your whole face and neck, so this goes a long way.
