In love with this scent

Quick Take: feminine, unique
About a year ago I received a sample of this and every time I used it, I just loved this scent - on me, my clothes, my hair...Finally I caved and bought a bottle!
The dry down is gorgeous on this - delicately musky and a woodsy at the base, but overall a floral scent that seemed more unique than the overpowering scents that are popular now. It reminds me a bit of how Hermes Caleche Delicate can be, if you like florals with a woodsy base note.
Also, it lasts throughout the day on me, and leaves a nice scent on my clothes afterwards.

Sad to say, this scent does NOT work with my body chemistry. It smelled incredible on one of my colleagues, and I wanted to go try it out.
I mentioned it offhandedly to my sweet and well-meaning but misguided boyfriend, who purchased it for me before I had a chance to take it for a test-drive.
Sadly, especially because it’s pricey, it smells just terrible on me. Nothing like the enchanting, musky scent like on my friend.

I bought it but returned it cause I didn't like the smell. Doesn't mean it's not good, it's just not my taste. Not everything is for everyone. While there's people that love this fragrance, others hate it.
One thing that I do find consistent with all Bvlgari fragrances is that they don't last long on your skin....
So again, my suggestion is to try it before you buy it

Quick Take: sophisticated, light, fresh, sweet
This might just be the best perfume I have ever put on. Whether for work, get-together, summer barbecue this scent works! It's light and not overpowering but at the same time sensual and tempting.

Quick Take: sophisticated, beautiful
I love the violet and iris in this perfume. But like many floral scents I can only wear this in the winter because the florals aggravate my allergies. I still really like the scent. It's a crisp and slightly sweet, but without being cloying. Simple, understated beauty.

I had the opportunity to test this before it arrived from Sephora. Glad for this. The lotion isn't emollient, is sticky after application, very harsh in it dulled my nail polish & scent wise it is not enjoyable. It had a powdery cheap smell. Very disappointing.

I do not like nor do I hate this perfume. It's OK, not something I would purchase for myself or anyone else. I dont know why but the dry down note (at least on my skin) smells .. off. I understand that it is an oriental type of perfume but the spice is a bit too much. I would have enjoyed the perfume if the base note infused some vanilla and/or amber. For me its a citrus/spicy scent that I really did not enjoy

Got to try it at a store before I received the lotion. So glad I did as nothing new. It was wasn't unpleasant but it also was not at all impressive. Lotion consistency was tacky, not really moisturizing and not a good buy. I think Philosophys' body lotions and creams are far superior in every way. Sorry BLV, it just didn't work for me.

Quick Take: crisp, lovely, feminine
I was picking my three free samples on an online order and on a whim picked this perfume as one having no idea what it smells like. I must say, I'm very impressed!! The smell is gorgeous, very fresh and no musky at all like I thought it would be. It reminds me of summer time, which is why I'm not wearing this perfume now. It's much too crisp I think for the winter. But I cannot wait to start wearing this when it gets warmer out, because this is incredibly beautiful.

BLV II is one of the most beautiful violet fragrances I've ever smelled. It's a deep, mysterious violet, that's perfect for night wear. It's slightly sweet, but not like sugar or candy. It's soft, but definitely noticeable. This fragrance gets compliments all the time!

The smell kind of reminds me of Romance by Ralph Lauren. It's not overpowering meaning it does not smell like old women perfume. It does smell fresh and clean but not like soap and shower ha. Overall it's not one of my favorite but if i would invest i would probably go for the smaller bottle since you probably wont be using it that much.

Quick Take: soft, light, elegant
I can't even put into words how much love this perfume. It's a soft, subtle, elegant scent that's quite memorable. I also love the simple bottle, it looks lovely by my sink.
The downside is how short the scent lasts. Perfumes tend not to last on my skin, so I wasn't that surprised when no one could smell it within a few hours. But when my mom used it (perfumes typically last all day on her) she had the same problem. So keep that in mind when you buy it.
It's still my go-to perfume, however, and I wear it every day.
