Quick Take: dimishes fine lines
I bought this cream to my husband that has deep forehead wrinkles. He hasn't tried it yet so I don't know how it works for deeper lines but my fine lines disappeared right after first application. I'm sure they will be back after shower but it is nice to have a cream that makes you look five years younger in five minutes.

DIDN'T WORK FOR MY HUSBAND

Bremenn Research Labs Instand Forehead Smoother didn't work for my husband. I don't have forehead wrinkles so can't test it myself. It did, however, work for a friend of his, which is why we gave it two stars.

There is nothing “instant” (or long-term for that matter) about this. The first time I used this, I massaged the cream into my expression lines as instructed, checked back 20 minutes later, and there was no difference. I followed with my regular moisturizer and foundation and went on with my day. I checked a couple hours later and wished I had used a line-filling primer instead – there was still no plumping or smoothing effect.
I continued to apply daily hoping for results. I started using this on Feb 12 and gave up mid March when I still didn’t see results. I should’ve listened to the rep at Sephora when she said to me, “This isn’t what you think it’s going to be.” I figured the words “Instant Forehead Smoother” are pretty self explanatory and I got it anyway. But she was right. The search continues…

Reduces deep lines 35% - 40%...

Quick Take: reduces deep wrinkles, good value as product goes a long way
I have used this product for nearly 8 months. I have seen, and others have noted, a reduction in deep lines in my forehead. The cream is a medium weight and doesn't increase shine much, although a little. The jar is an exceptional value, I shill have 1/3 of a jar after 8 months of daily use. Bremenn is a value product that often gets past by for more expensive brands.

Preventative - Great if you are late 20s!

Worried that the worry lines in my forehead and and smile lines around my mouth might try to make their appearances more permanent, I immediately sought out a preventative solution. Stopping at my local Macy's, the Bremenn sales rep showed me the nearly instant effect Instant Forehead Smoother had on the worry lines. She mentioned, that I could also use it for the smile lines. Even after just using the cream for a few days (again, I'm 27, so someone else may not see the same result), my forehead was tighter and both smoother looking/feeling. It's been 2 months, and I can't get enough. Also, the little pot lasts FOREVER - using it twice a day for 8 weeks and I've hardly made a dent.

Quick Take: moisturizing
Work okay as a moisturizer, but fails to deliver on the promises of diminishing forehead lines. I used it for several weeks as instructed. The 3 times a day application instructions are for freshly cleansed skin. I typically wash my face in the morning and again in the evening. I doubt I would have purchased this over-priced product had I known in advance.

In the description, it says that it is like botox without the injections. They are not kidding. I have been using this product for a month now and I cannot believe the difference. Best of all the effects just do not go away after washing. You can see the difference even after. Well worth the money. A little goes a very long way ladies!

I like this product. I am tired of the botox brow that I had for so long. EVERYBODY knows when you have botox no matter what! I want to look like Me! This producct takes the edge of my furrowed brow without taking away my natural expression lines. I like it!

I have used this cream for about two weeks and I can say it does reduce, but obviously not eliminate the lines and furrows that have been 30+ years in the making. I also used this product on the crows feet on the outer corners of my eyes (not under) and I definitely see an improvement there as well. I think there is a generous amount of product for the money and a little goes a long way, although you do need to apply it frequently for the best results. I don't expect this cream to do what only a surgeon can do, but it does help more than just the line filler products.

I have been using this for two days and it has really smoothed away the wrinkles on my forehead. I have also been using it on the wrinkles on my neck and I can see a small difference there too. So hopefully soon that will be smoothed out.

Well, what can I say. I guess the anticipation was better than the results......this stuff is a great moisturizer but that's about it! It did absolutely nothing for my pronounced lines in my forehead. So, I got a professional opinion from a plastic surgeon.....he just shrugged and said it is a waste of money and time! Enough said, I returned it and opted for an injectible filler which I knew would be the only thing that could instantly smooth my forehead.

Firehead smoother or neck smoother

I decided to try this on my neck. I got a sample from the store, and used it on my neck for about a week. I did reapply a couple of time during the day when I thought about it. I really like the way it relaxed my neck crinkles. I have bought a full size from the store. And will continue to use on neck. I do put it on my forehead and undereye area also. I have botox in my forehead want to see if it will get my some extra time before redoing botox.

Quick Take: relaxing
As I said I have only been using this product for a week, and so far it seems so so. I got this product because I hold a lot of tension in my forehead and it is giving me fine lines, that especially show up at the end of a long day while wearing makeup. I gave the product 4 stars because it actually does help my muscles relax, but I haven't seen any improvement with the fine lines. I will probably buy this product again. Another good note is it seems to go a long way.
