I was so excited about this serum as I read that it can get rid of fine lines.
I've been using it twice daily for more than a week and have not noticed any change. My fine lines around the mouth has not diminished.
My skin does feel soft after putting it on, it absorbs quickly, and does not leave any residue or makes my skin feel greasy.

I had high expectations for this product because of the positive reviews, renamed brand and high price. I've been using it for a few weeks am/pm and haven't seen any changes in my skin. I need to use moisturizer after applying it. I love its fragrance though and my skin absorbs it quickly.

This a great serum for dry skin.
The effects of winter, indoor heating, etc., really dry out my skin and this helps. I also use Clarins blue orchid oil, which is really effective at night. It is hard to find products for dry skin that actually work to smooth and provide real hydration, other that drinking lots of water, but this does help.

Caution about the listed ingredients...

...because they are NOT all on the website! Only the active ingredients are listed. When I received the serum and read the full list, it was not what I'd expected, in that it contained all of the usual petroleum by-product suspects. I only buy totally organic and natural, so I sent this one back.

I have extremely dry and sensitive skin and I am always looking for a good serum to use under my moisturizer. This stuff is awesome! I am fortunate not to have a ton of wrinkles yet, but I definitely have a change in my skin texture. this product definitely makes my skin much much smoother and supple looking and feeling.

I have incredibly sensitive and dry skin. It is rare that I find a product that doesn't agitate my skin, none the less actually improves it. My skin feels so much more hydrated with this product and my complexiion looks smoother and more even. This stuff is great. Also, for L"Occitane, it is really well priced. It has the signature L'Occitane smell, which I really like, but apparently others do not.

I've tried a lot of serums (although I never spent more than $60 on one) and find the results all very similar: not very moisturizing, barely useful and not really worth the money. However, as soon as I tried this I knew I'd found the right thing for me! Perhaps it's the shea or the hyaluronic acid. Either way, my skin feels and looks more dewy and softer. I was worried it was greasy and that I'd break out, but no. It just gives me a nice soft glow of healthy skin. It does have a bit of a grandma smell to me, but it doesn't last.
Also, Sephora please update with the correct ingredient list! This is very misleading. AND please ship this item to Canada!

I use this as a moisturizer, not just a serum. Sinks into skin beautifully, doesn't cause breakouts, gets rid of pesky dry flakes, and leaves skin plumped, never shiny.

I have normal skin with dryness around my lip area. Like most of loccitane products, it has a very light scent that is almost like baby powder (which i love). The shea butter is not oily but moisturizes.
