I had dark sun spots just underneath my eyes which made me look older than my age. I bought this in hopes of getting rid of those spots and didn't notice any difference until 6 MONTHS after using this cream religiously day & night. I took this cream every where I went, even camping/backpack hiking! It was a long wait to see a difference, but well worth it. My spots have now faded to a lighter shade and can now hide them easily with makeup. I still hope my spots will completely go away, but for now I will always make sure to use sunscreen and this cream.

Quick Take: hydrating, moisturizing, evening
I am quite young to be purchasing such an expensive product, but my acne had left behind dark marks. I decided that if this product was worth the hype that It would be worth it. AND it totally was. It's been about 3 weeks and not only do the marks look a lot lighter my skin in general looks great! And I haven't broken out. Love it!

Quick Take: brightening
I have used this product religiously, twice a day, and it actually does reduce dark spots from skin damage. I have not seen much reduction from the acne scars.

I've been using this product for 2 weeks now and so far I really feel like it has lighten my dark acne spots. I do only use one pump instead of 2 like the instructions suggest. The only thing I don't like is I feel it doesn't absorb all that well. When I go to add my moisturizer it kind of balls up. Very Strange.

Quick Take: smoothing, works well, skin softening
I love this product. My skin is so much clearer, softer, and smoother! I'm amazed because not a lot has worked for me in the past. I have been using it for months now (this is my second bottle) and will continue to use it. I haven't broken out from it either.
It is lightweight and I use it under a moisturizer.

I have been using this morning and night for about 3 weeks now. I am very happy with it. I am 22 with moderate acne on my cheeks and chin. My out breaks tend to turn red or a dark purple while healing or after they have been extracted leaving scars all over my face. I know it will take longer to work on all of my prior scars and one sun spot I have but it took the post breakout scar out of a new pimple the second week I started. The purple/red mark that sticks around for a month after a breakout for me never showed up and it's because of this product! Note: I only use one pump instead of the recommended two, it still covers my entire face. My face does feel moisturized and smooth after applying but I still use a mouisturizer with SPF after and haven't felt greasy (I have oily skin too).

At least it makes your face smooth and comfortable, I will keep on using it and see whether it could improve my dark spots. I already finished a 30ml bottle and just opened another 50ml one.

After I had 2 kids, I developed some awful spots. It hasn't got rid of them completely, but this is the only moisturizer that fixes my dry skin and has shrunk a lot of my spots. I'm very happy with it, I just wish it were a tad cheaper!

I originally bought this product for me but my husband started to use it and found that it was the only moisturizer I had him tried that did not fill greasy to him. If it workson dark spots, so be it, but it does moisturize his face just fine and is reducing wrinkles.

This formula is PERFECT for diminishing redness in recovering blemishes or tackling existing sun spots. I've started using it the second I see a dark or red spot, and (day and/or night) I see a difference. I wouldn't want to be without this again.

Quick Take: a miracle, age spot remover
I'm 49 and starting to get some age spots. I was in the sun worshiping generation. I had this one particular spot, right in the front of my cheek. After using this, I saw it fade in a couple weeks and when I finished the bottle, that spot is gone. So, I bought another and I use it on that spot (just in case) and other areas. I will continue to use this, in the hopes, it will stop them from appearing?

When I purchased this product in January it was my first time using anything from clinique and with the mixed reviews I was cautious in my excitement in how it would work. Overall, after using it for a few months I feel that it has made some difference in my skin. I use approx one pump and rub it over my entire face twice a day, and I feel that there is more evenness to my skin and some of the old acne marks that I had towards my jaw area have grown fainter and some disappeared. However it takes time, and I have had some pimples that caused dark spots since using this (thats just the nature of my skin not related to this product) that have not faded right away but maybe over time they will as well. I love the light feel of it, it absorbs nicely, and it did not cause me to break out like other face products I have used to help with dark spots. It has also made my face feel softer and I think has decreased the size of my pores some. To be honest, it is not a miracle changer if that is what you are expecting, however there have been some subtle changes I have noticed and with continued use it may help more.
