Totally reset my skin

Quick Take: hydrating, moisturizing, pore refining, skin clearing
After using this for over 4 months, it has really reformatted my entire face. My skin in smoother, less breakouts and oilyness, smaller pores. The texture is is hard to explain. It's not a "liquid" type of serum, it's not a gel. To me it feels like a silicone-y thick cream, if that makes any sense.

Quick Take: hydrating
This serum is good, but not good enough to justify the price. It's quickly absorbed, so to cover my face took 2-3 pumps. Using it just at night, it barely lasted a month.

Good for daily wear

This stuff is rich - make no mistake. A little goes a long way. However, if I wait 5 minutes or so before putting on my SPF/make-up, my skin feels like absolute silk. Right now, I'm wearing this, Laura Mercier Flawless SPF 40, Dior Skin Nude, face feels like a baby's rear end. And I put it on 7 hours ago! This stuff works all day. I keep an extra bottle of foundation and compact powder in my car - rarely even use it anymore. Nothing settles into my fine lines anymore. Nose doesn't shine through like it used to - still a bit of problem in the folds but I've given up on anything helping that. This is more than a moisturizer. It's a skin conditioner.

I received a sample packet of this and only had enough to use for two days...I put it on and went to bed...I work at 5am everyday so when I saw my face at 4am I was in awe! I just had such a glow and my skin was so bright and cheery. It has never looked this amazing before especially that early. I would spend for this in a heart beat.

Quick Take: heavy serum
I used this along with the Shiseido Bio Performance Super Restoring cream & did not have good results. The serum is very thick & the combination of the two products made my skin itch. Had to return it, I do like the Super Restoring cream & use another serum with it. Would not recommend this prodcut.

Received a sample. Noticed the difference in my skin right away! Bought it! Has made a huge difference - my skin looks younger and feels smooth! Its the miracle cream I've been looking for! A must have product. Already had a compliment on how beautiful my skin was and I'm 48 - that in itself was worth the money!

I was expecting more after the reviews. Saw NO difference in skin after consistently using for about 3 weeks. I must be fair and acknowledge that for YEARS I did not take care of my skin, so it maybe unfair to rate. But for those who are in the same boat please don't get your hopes up!

I am new to serums, so I don't have anything to compare this product to. However, in one day my forehead lines faded, my skin felt softer and fuller. In one week, I really noticed a difference! There is nothing harsh, tingly or irritating in this product, so it's perfect for sensitive skin.

a nice lightweight moisturizing gel serum

I'm almost at the end of my first bottle of this. It's not a typical "serum" - it's actually more of a lightweight gel. I have combo skin with very oily T-zone. I use this on top of my regular serum in the place of moisturizer. It gives the perfect light moisture with a velvety feeling. It leaves my face very soft. However, this alone has not done anything for brightening or evening of skin tone.
Based on my experience, it over-promises on its benefits. I would simply recommend this as a nice moisturizing gel serum for people with combo/oily skin. I think it is a nice product at this price point.

Used 2 pumps morning and evening. Made my skin feel very smooth. It only lasted about 2 weeks so whether there was any benefit, there wasn't enough time to tell. Probably will not purchase again because of price.

I've used Shiseido products in the past and liked the results, so I really wanted to like this product. However, I was really disappointed. It's not a serum. It's more like a lotion. I can't speak to the results of the product because I returned it.

Major results in 3 days!

Oh my god. I am 25 and I have only used this for 3 days and my skin looks how it did when I was 20. My smokers lines have tightened almost completely, the fine lines under and around my eyes are gone, my dark under eye pigmentation has lightened to a pinkish color, and the redness in my t-zone has dramatically lightened. I have never seen results like I have with shiseido products. I also have the other under eye cream, and it basically filled a huge line I had under my eye. But this product is even faster and better. I will buy this when my sample runs out. Usually wrinkle fighting products don't work, but I am a believer in Shiseido and if you are experiencing wrinkles and lines it should be your first and last stop.

I got this as a sample and loved it. It made my skin so bright and beautiful, but the price tag has been holding me back from purchasing it in a full-size bottle. I hope the company considers doing a travel size version!

Quick Take: lightweight
I have very minor signs of aging so i am using this more as a prevention than treatment. But it has made my skin very soft and smooth. The serum is very lightweight and can be worn under makeup with no problems. Its best to use after a toner so skin can absorb the serum and follow with moisturizer which I have noticed I havent had to use as much of. I will keep buying this product!!
