Got a sample of this as a freebie in a marathon bag. It seems to help my aching knees, has a very slight pleasant odor, not a chemical one like alot of muscle/joint creams, really warms up my joints and it's all natural! Bought a full size tube.

Quick Take: healing, pleasant smell, it works
I bought this based on the great reviews. Works pretty well. I'm a caregiver and do a lot of heavy lifting, etc. I rub this on in the morning to start my day and at night to help relive my strained muscles,. The smell is not bad at all. Nothing like the muscle rubs on the market that stink to high heaven. Definitely recommend!

Great Product

I have to say this is the best pain relief rub I have purchased. My husband really likes a few of the Jack Black skincare items I purchased for him so I figured I’d give this a shot. It really helps his sore back. Recently he had a lower back injury. This was one of the best sources of comfort, and seemed to help the inflammation a great deal. This is my second purchase of this.

Miraculous results at a low cost

Quick Take: moisturizing, scented, helps muscle pains, cold, fast absorbing, amazing, relieves headaches, actually works, good amount of product for the price
I got this in the jack black kit with the lip balm, face wash/shampoo and sunscreen and this was the standout product (although they have some wicked lipbalm and my roommate said the hair/face wash was was great.) I have tried every form of tiger balm, icy hot and every other product on the market like this, but none of them compare! The tiger balm arthritis lotion is the next best, but it smells a lot more and absorbs slower and rubs off more on pillows/clothes and such. This one isn't very stinky and the smell goes away long before the product stops working. I have chronic head/neck pain and this actually helps, which is a total surprise. My cousin had a headache and applied it to the back of his head at his hairline- he claimed it completely worked and wanted a bottle. We both agreed that it absorbs quickly and isn't smelly unlike the less effective tigerbalm/icyhot counterparts, totally worth the cost, this really works well on muscles and (tension) headaches and a little goes a long way. I also think the price is right for what you are getting, it is pretty incredible, I have tried everything on my neck because it has been causing me chronic pain for over 10 years and nothing has ever worked this well, and believe me I have tried everything. It is a cold sensation that really works well to relieve tension headaches and I even applied it to my temples, forehead and jaw which had been hurting and it was very relieving and cause no breakouts/weird texture/weird anything! This is for muscle balm fans who like the effect but not the greasiness, super intense feeling of the drug store counterparts, or anyone with chronic pain especially if its muscular. I can't suggest this enough, I am going to have to get a couple bottles for my close friends and family, also so I can keep some around the house. Its pretty much a medicine, so I can justify the price. Give this a shot! Sephora has a fantastic return policy.

a treat for sore muscles

Quick Take: theraputic
this product is fantastic. I bought it for my boyfriend, but I am using it too now. It goes on slightly cool and then kind of heats up as you have it on to quite an intense feeling - in a good way. I work out daily and my muscles are always sore - this product was a much needed relief. it's very different from the cheaper icy hot - feels fantastic - will definitely purchase it over and over again.

Quick Take: soothing energizing
I received this as a gift and wasn't quite sure what it was, but I used it on my lower back and hips where I have a lot of tension and soreness. I teach yoga everyday, plus do a lot of other exercise, and am constantly sore. This cream felt really good..... an immediate warming sensation that was really relaxing. And it smelled nice. I definitely recommend this product, especially for athletes.

As an Acupuncture Physician, I am always looking for products like this to include in treatments. I was thrilled to find this great combo of herbs and MSM to address both muscle tension, aches, and deep joint pain. I also love the de-stressing essential oils. I have never had more patient positive feedback on a product, they loved the deep tingle and muscle relaxation, and always ask where they can find it. This is a great massage enhancer and instantly relieves stress. I use it in almost every treatment now.

Husband loves it...

Quick Take: soothing, refreshing
I had no trouble at all in getting my husband to try this balm. He loves to get me to rub his shoulders and back so he asks me to rub this balm on his sore shoulders and back and then his calves and feet. He said it is very soothing and refreshing. My husband works a job that is constant physical labor so this feels great rubbed on after a long day at work. He said it also relieves some of the tension and tightness in his muscles. He absolutely loves this product.
