Ordered this for my husband, thinking that I could use it as well. He needed it for muscular aches, but it did nothing for him. I thought it might be an excellent exfoliant for me, but it wasn't anything special there and the medicinal smell unfortunately lingered all day. Needless to say, I was disappointed with this purchase, and I returned it.

Quick Take: effective, smells great, not too harsh for sensitive skin
this works great. I have a lot of muscular pain as I try to be very active in many areas and also have many allergies and sensitivities. This does not give me hives, rashes and eases my muscle tension while smelling great.

I know Jack Black products are designed for men, but I love them. I draw a bath, scrub some muscle soak on, and let it melt into the bath water. It smells like mint and eucalyptus to me. A very relaxing smell, not manly or like medicine.

The scent is fresh & refreshing...the scrub definitely works, but I admit to finding it a bit rough...that is, too much for my skin. I have used many different scrubs in the past and, while I just adore the scent in this one, I don't think I'll buy again just because it is a bit too harsh for me. If you happen to have "tough" skin, though you'll love it!

Quick Take: moisturizing, relaxing/soothing
I bought this specifically for soothing sore muscles after sports. I apply it in the shower, massage, let is sit for 2 minutes, then rinse. It has the same effect as Icy Hot, but better. I noticed my soreness recovering quicker after using this product, and I recommend anyone who is extremely active to try this.

I got this for my husband because he is a gym-aholic. And he really likes it. I personally like smelling it on him, and once in a while I sneak it with me in the shower. I'm pregnant and cant stand my legs and feet. It gives me a little relief.

Jack Black Performance Remedy Body Rehab Scrub & Muscle Soak is awesome. My husband is the weekend weed warrior. As it turns out, my weekend weed warrior is not quite as fit as he seems to think he is. Men seem to be so stubborn sometimes... He gets on the ground and he loves pulling those weeds... And then he wonders why he hurts. While I've been having some great luck getting him into a bubble bath with me, I'm not always available when some serious soaking would do him the most good, plus I don't want to get in with him when he's all filthy from working outside. And since he also thinks he's macho-man, unless I'm around he's not going to soak alone. in the bathtub with one of my feminine scented products. Enter Performance Remedy Body Rehab Scrub & Muscle Soak...
Performance Remedy Body Rehab Scrub & Muscle Soak is ideal for my husband. Since it's made for a man, he's more apt to actually use it on his own. That's a big thing on its own. While he soaks in the warm water, he massages the scrub into his sore muscles and joints which helps to relax them. Then he soaks in the eucalyptus (and rosemary) scented water. As he soaks in the tub, his muscles relax further, and he can clear his mind. This works as aromatherapy, too, as the eucalyptus smells great. The bathroom ends up smelling really fresh, too.
This is an excellent product for a man, particularly the stubborn kinds...

Jack Black's Body Rehab, Scrub & Muscle Soak is superior to anything I've ever found along similar liness. I love this product. I play a lot of tennis and use it regularly to sooth my aching muscles. Not to mention it's a deterent to dry skin and sun damage. My wife uses it too.

Quick Take: scented, moisturizing, a superior "must have", great for athletes pro & amateur
I offer my highest praise for this product. Even though I'm a woman using a product made for men I find it much more effective than those for women. I swear by the product. I find it tackles both dry and sun damaged skin. It is especially great after tennis which results in sore muscles. This is a "unisex" item. I encourage everyone to try it.

I work out 5 days a week and can sometimes overdo it. I thought I would give this a try but all it did was made me break out and itch. Im not sure why they call it "Preformance" as it didnt at all!

Great exfoliant and soak...

I've had a hard time convincing my husband that at 47 he needs to start taking care of his skin so I just went ahead and started buying him Jack Black products to try. I saw this new product and it sounded perfect for him because his job requires a lot of physical labor and he comes home tired and sore. He tried this product first as a soak by filling up the tub with water and then massaging the scrub onto his calves, thighs and arms where they hurt the most. He soaked until the scrub dissolved and he said it actually did make him feel better. It was soothing and refreshing. He also uses it as a body scrub exfoliant while taking a shower and it makes his skin much softer because it gets all the dead skin cells off. He likes the scrub because it gets through the hair on his body all the way to his skin. This is one of his favorite products by Jack Black. By the way, he had a cut on his hand and got the scrub in it and it burned really bad so be careful if you have any open wounds. Other than that this is a perfect scrub for my husband.
