SEPHORA COLLECTION Lasting and Perfecting Corrector

What it is:A two-in-one corrector that ensures long-lasting, targeted correction for dark circles and blemishes. What it does:Conceal dark circles and blemishes with this non-comedogenic, double-action essential. For dark circles, a gentle, rich-textured, vitamin E-infused formula ensures perfect coverage, brightening the look of tired features. A wide tip makes for easy, single-stroke application. To camouflage blemishes, a beige-gray shade neutralizes redness. A dose of salicylic acid dries blemishes to improve the complexion throughout the day. A thin tip is ideal for precision application. What else you need to know:Choose between fair, medium, and dark to match your skintone. To select your shade, choose an anti-dark-circle shade that is lighter than your skintone; a dark circle is a hollow that causes a shadow. To hide the shadow, you have to brighten it with a light color. The skin between your index finger and thumb is perfect for testing a dark circle corrector!

Disappointed
-06.14.13
I really have an issue with dark circles and i thought this product would work but all it seemed to do is accentuate the problem.

Good Concealer
-06.10.13
While I like this concealer, I cant say I love it for dark circles. It is a little too pink (I use light) for the under eye area and it settles in the creases a bit. I do love the dual ends. The small tip is great for blemishes. Over all, a good concealer.

Disappointing
-06.10.13
It doesn't cover dark circles as described. The coverage is very light, almost a translucent effect. I returned it.

Good concealer
-06.09.13
This product is just ok. It's a good concealer but did little to correct my dark circles under my eyes.

Bad
-06.09.13
The concealer was grainy, and I have very sensitive skin and this concealer made me break out. Instead of covering blemishes it created more! I was not pleased with this concealer

Amazing product.

I am in love with the sephora porfecting concealer. I watch a ton of YouTube videos from all the makeup gurus and they constantly talk about NARS so I went to sephora to check it out. NARS is really expensive and I was a bit bummed until I stumbled upon the sephora porfecting concealer. It was $15 compared to NARS $23 I believe. The sephora one was not cakey at all and it didn't feel as if I was pulling on my skin as I used it under my eyes. I liked the fact it has two sides to it which is like a two for one in my book. I would recommend this product to everyone. Great coverage and a great price.

Great for undereyes, not for blemishes
-05.08.13
Quick Take: color correcting, creamy
I originally purchased this because all the reviews were talking about how full coverage it is and how versital it is. Well, it works great on dark circles, but on blemishes- not so much. I don't want to use the corrector side on blemishes because the corrector side has a pink undertone. The flesh toned side is... Sheer. A sheer concealer is really no use.

Quick Take: color correcting
This concealer is just the right color for my light skin and the yellow side is perfect for covering up redness/blemishes. This fits in a tiny purse for touch ups. I'm already on my third one!

Wish they'd repackage- OLD PRODUCT Better
-04.27.13
Quick Take: crease resistant
I have about 20 of these HALF-USED corrector pencils- have used the larger quantity regular concealer, and have about NO use for the very light-colored tiny-tip included. This product was supposedly a substitute for the old Sephora coverup which came in the black-flip open small pot (like the eyeshadow products). That was amazing ...this is so expensive & wasteful, that I only buy when They've sent out discount coupons for memebers. I've tried to call customer service/ & in-store sales force- to no avail. If Benefit had a better color-pallette I'd be gone from purchasing this rip-off amt. of product for such a price. Why are no customer requests listened to??? Thanks!!!!

great for under the eye and blemishes!
-04.26.13
Quick Take: color correcting, creamy, crease resistant, brightening
I've used just about every under eye product and lately as I'm getting older I noticed that most of them were looking cakey and settling in the few fines lines I have. Also, I'm always on the fence: do I need a concealer or a brightener under the eye? Few that I've found really are both. But this worked great! I was very pleasantly surprised by the texture and just the right amount of brightening. Also, when my skin went through a bad couple of weeks, I noticed that none of my concealers had a fine enough point to tough up small patches. The concealer end of this worked great and the blemish control ingredients actually did help my spots heal faster. I'm SOLD on this one!

Good product
-04.23.13
Quick Take: a must-have
This product is excellent for concealing flaws. For undereye circles I prefer Fake Up! by Benefit because of its high moisture content. It doesn't settle in lines or crows feet at all. I have tibhf then bolth!

Best concealer for blemishes
-04.20.13
Quick Take: color correcting, creamy
I've went from HD concealer (too globby and didn't correct zits) to Dr Murad (too sheer and dry) and wasn't really in love with either. I'm so glad a Sephora sales person showed me this one - the thinner pencil side is lighter and really reduces redness while treating zits, and the thicker side blends in the color. I have Asian skin on the fair side and it was not too red for me, which was great. And it's long lasting too - I'm sticking with this one!

Still fantastic!
-04.13.13
Quick Take: easy-application, moisturizing
But the wide tip end needs to come with a longer half!! The darker end is perfect for hiding dark circles but will be used up before the lighter, thinner end.
If Sephora were to come out with a product with JUST the darker end for under eye treatment it would be the only product I would ever use for dark eye concealment!!!

I'm on the fence with this product. Mainly because I've never used corrector before but when I try to use a concealer brush it doesn't spread well. Using my finger gets a better effect.

Best concealer ever!
-04.09.13
I tried this concealer on a whim when I realized that I was out of my Shiseido pencil concealer. It's amazing! Not only does the fine tip do the job of the pencil (without ever needing a sharpener), but the larger end is great for covering larger areas. The formula is creamy, covers and blends well, and wears well for hours.

I love that this product has one end that completely corrects the purple dark circles under my eye, but the concealer side I don't like so much. It seems to get cakey and dry. I still see myself reaching for this because I like the correcting side a lot! I usually use a different concealer over the top of that though.
