I love Guerlain’s terracotta summer collection of makeup, but this pen did nothing to really impress me. It does a nice job of adding a natural-looking golden illuminating glow to my cheekbones and brow bone, but it’s nothing remarkably different than any other luminizers that I’ve used. The product doesn’t come out of the pen very evenly, but it doesn’t matter because it has to be blended with fingertips or a concealer brush because the brush on the end of the applicator is not made for blending well. I feel like I don’t need this highlighter since I already have a highlighter and there is not that much difference in this one and any other. Also, why keep something so similar to products I already own when this one is $40 and does nothing special? I am returning this one.
