Makes my hair greasy

Quick Take: rich
I gave this product a couple of chances, but no matter how little I put on, it makes my hair SO greasy! I have pretty thick hair too. It does smell great, but I haven't really noticed it make my hair any more moisturized than it is now. Not worth it, in my opinion.

Quick Take: doesn't weigh hair down
This product gives my hair & extensions moisture & shine. Those who found this product oily may have put too much product in their hair...it's always better to use less than more until you figure out what is best for your hair.

This product is awful! I have extremely damaged hair and am always looking for remedies. I put a decent amount into my towel-dried hair and let it air dry...the results were extremely dry ends, wherever the product was placed (I never put product on the roots of my hair). I had to re-wash my hair to get it out, I was too scared to flat iron the super-dry ends!

This product is great for my dry/damaged hair. It conditions without weighing it down, and it also helps prevent my hair from frizzing. It does leave a natural shine to my hair as well. Love it!

My hair is pretty normal but with dry, split ends due to flat ironing. I bought this because I wanted something to help my poor ends. I put this on and wore it in my hair for the whole day and found that it really weighed my hair down. Also, the smell of the product wasn't that pleasant and it was quite overwhelming. I thought it would fade away a bit throughout the day, but it didn't. I used it 2 more times before I returned it. A sales rep (who was of African-American descent) told me that it's usually for people with hair textures like hers. She then gave me samples of the monoi split end sealer and the monoi repairing mask, which work better for me. I don't totally want to bash this product. Just because it didn't work out for me doesn't mean it's not effective for somebody else with the appropriate hair type.

Smells awesome..Just need a little bit, run it on you hand and just put it on your hair.. I still have the container even after almost 1.5 years.. I love this and use it daily.

I have fairly thick, coarse, curly hair, but if I use this anywhere else than at my ends it makes my hair extremely greasy, even with a small amount. I have to use it sparingly. It does repair well though.

Quick Take: a little gem with styling hair, shine moisture no frizz
I have fine unruly hair that can be very frizzy, dry and relatively hard to style. I have discovered that all these problems can be overcome and last the whole entire day by applying this cream every morning to my wet or dry hair. It keeps my style in tack all day and my hair is bursting with shine and moisture. Im on my third bottle and that doesnt happen to often with many of the products that I buy. I big advantage is that it doesn't weigh down my hair.

I love this! I had always had great reviews about this product but never thought to get it until I saw it at sephora and made an impulse purchase. It is instant moisture and a little goes a long way! I first put some on my edges then worked it down and brushed through my hair. It is especially great for dry and damaged hair and has helped my hair throught the brittle winter weather!

Quick Take: very bad!
I was so exited when I got it. I bought it based on many good reviews. I have colored hair which is oily at scull and over dried at the end, so I used this mask just a little bit. I did everything in direction. However, my hair looked horrible. It took me for a while to dry my hair. It looked like it was not washed for a week. Hair just stick together. Horrible. I wonder may be some those reviews are fake. I saw some reviewers had the same problems, but I still bought it because it has 4,5 stars. I am very disappointed. I will return it back. This is the 2nd product that I am returning to Sephora for last 3 weeks!

Quick Take: drying, creates buildup
I have a mild relaxer, so I have a LOT of texture, frizz and my hair is unbelievably dry. I need something moisturizing and this is not it! Not only did it not moisturize but it actually had the opposite effect. It left me with crunchy hair that was brittle, full of white residue and lifeless. I wish I could give it a zero. And I have tried using less product, it was just much worst for my hair. I really wanted to like it given that I spent $17 on something that I would have to purchase at least once a month.

I can't tell that this product does anything either on wet hair or dry. It does have a distinct heavy cinnamon-like odor that stays with me even after my hair is dry. Don't get me wrong, I love Hair Milk and Hair Milk Pudding. But this hairdress is a miss.

I have been experiencing a great deal of post partrum shedding, I'm non relaxed.
This product has done wonders to combat this. 4 stars are only because as a new mommy it is pricey.
