Gentle, yet not Effective..

I have adult acne, and have been on the constant search for a miracle product. So- as a 33 year old woman-naturally I purchased this product by Murad!
I have been told by many reps that Murad may be too harsh for my skin, since I'm not too oily or broken out. However, this product is not harsh at all. There is no sting or drying effect. Actually, after application my skin felt a little moisturized. Which is very nice for an acne product!
I have been using it for 2 months now, and sadly enough- I still have acne. No change in skin clarity which is why I purchased the product in the first place.

Too good to be true

Quick Take: hydrating, moisturizing
When I got this originally I thought it would solve two of my main concerns: acne and wrinkles/fine lines. Although I noticed some improvement in my acne (hence my 2 stars), overall this product didn't do anything for my fine lines. I will finish the bottle but will not re-purchase. Will keep my old regimen of applying two distinct products for two different concerns.

Effective and non-drying

This serum like product has kept my monthly hormonal breakouts at bay without drying my skin. I got a few small bumps when I usually get a breakout. The small bumps disappeared in a few days and I was not left with a dark spot. I am very pleased. I use it on a cleansed face before bed. I have switched to using it on my acne prone areas only because of the cost. If you have the money, it worked great on combination skin with mild breakouts. I haven't noticed wrinkle reduction yet. I am twenty seven, so not a concern....yet :-/

Quick Take: calming, fine-line reducing, acne relief
This is the stuff I've been looking for! I've had a little adult acne problem the last couple of years, but teenage acne products are so drying, they make my aging skin look awful. I tried Murad Acne & Wrinkle reducer and saw an almost immediate effect. After the first week, my skin felt smoother- those tiny bumps that can pop us as blackheads or suddenly become a miserable pimple, were gone. This is not a retinol product that will burn your skin- it's salicylic acid- it doesn't cause redness, it calms it down. I've been using it for about 5 months now and I'm still thrilled.

no result whatsoever

I have moderate acne and I used up this whole bottle applying one pump after cleansing every morning and night. (Around 3 months of use.) There was no improvement. My skin didn't get worse, it just stayed exactly the same. This product is not really strong enough to battle acne, and my few fine lines didn't improve either. Sixty dollars down the drain...don't waste your money.

Quick Take: healing, preventive
I am 31 and recently began breaking out on my chin and neck. I went to my local Sephora and asked for a sample of this product which I used for about 1 week. In that week the acne I had experienced began to heal and I saw no new breakouts. I went back to purchase the Acne & Wrinkle Reducer and have been using it daily for about a month. My skin seems to be repsonding well. I only use this once a day and I am really happy with the results. If you are suffering from hormonal acne I would suggesting giving this a try. A little goes a long way.

Quick Take: clears skin, softens fine lines
I think I've found the elixer of life. I noticed the difference the first week. I've been using it for about 5 or 6 weeks now, and my skin has never looked or felt better. My skin tone has evened out, not a hint of a breakout, and the parentheses around my mouth have softened. My skin feels so smooth. I exfoliate just once a week, and use a good night cream (Murad also) after this dries. I'm only using this at night, it was disappearing too quickly using it both day and night. I recommend it for anyone!

Im 31 and was having hormonal acne on neck and sides of face. This product is working great at clearing my skin. I use boscia black warming cleanser lbri oil free toner and moisturizer and this. I am very happy with it

This product is amazing, it absolutely changed my skin. My face was so broken out and this completely cleared it up. I really like that it is for both acne and wrinkle reducing, I have never seen another product like this. It is expensive but I have been using it on my whole face every single night for about two months now and I'm not even halfway through the bottle. I definitely recommend this product! (note-used with other Murad products)

I loved this product. I used to have very clear skin, but then I started graduate school and long hours and I had stress break-outs continously... my skin was horrible. I finally bought this and put it on at night along with my usual skin care line and it made a difference within a week. Now I don't even use it every day, but I love it. Thanks for putting my skin back on track!!

I have combination skin and this is the perfect serum for this skin type. It helps control breakouts but is moisturizing at the same time-Amazing! I would seriously cry if this product was ever discontinued!! Thanks Murad again for another wonderful product!!!

This is a good acne cream however I have not noticed any difference in the wrinkles on my face. I am also not a huge fan of the smell but it goes away after awhile. Overall, effective product for acne.

I like it, it's not too strong where it dries out my skin, and I definitely think it's helping clear some blemishes up over night. Has it performed any miracles or significant differences yet? No. It's been about 2 weeks, so too soon to tell.

I have had cystic-like acne (on my cheeks primarily) for a few years now and have tried several acne treatments from neutrogena and oil of olay. I finally broke down and decided to buy some expensive stuff and this is a miracle worker. The only cream that eliminates my cystic acne overnight. I use this cream morning and night and it works wonders. It helps to prevent new breakouts and when I have breakouts, it reduces the redness and swelling overnight. I have had the cream now since october and I am not even half way through and it is end of december. The $58 is worth the price if it is going to last 6 months.
