Quick Take: scented, soothing
Added this to my online order on a whim - turns out to be amazing! It's foamy and lathers nicely without being too soapy. Smells soft and sweet and my baby smells subtley wonderful after bathtime. Nice to have that without chemicals and harmful ingredients!

Goodies and fun in a bottle

I've been looking for a free of chemicals hair and body wash for my two year old girl and am so happy to have found LAVANILA The Healthy Baby Wash! She absolutely loves the foam and helps me to bathe her. I noticed she loves bath-time more since we started using this wash.
I even used it to wash my face and hair. I love, love how this foamy wash is gentle to hair and skin, yet so effective. And the SCENT is heavenly! We are at the 2nd bottle and we hope it never gets discontinued. We paired the wash with the lotion and it is Wonderful!

Again, nothing but the best for my baby, and this is the best! It's gentle yet effective, smells wonderful, and I know it's safe for my little girl. I've been using it since she was a newborn and she is 7 months old now.

I use this as a gentle shampoo/body wash for everyday on my two girls, ages 3 and 5. It doesn't dry out their skin or hair, rinses so easily, and smells GREAT! :) And no tears!

This is NOT a cleaner. It is just lots of water that barely foams. It will not clean a baby. If your baby has made a number 2 (required writing so the review will be accepted) then you will rub it's bottom raw using this cleaner b/c you will have to use some sort of washcloth or wipe to clean the number 2 off. It has no slip or ability to breakdown dirt. It also was irritating to my baby's skin. It has a "natural" scent but anyone who reads the derm journals knows that natural essential and even organic oils or extracts CAN be irritating,; especially to infants.

Quick Take: natural, scrumptious, convenient
...you will mean it when you say to your baby, "I could eat you up!" This might become our regular baby wash when we run out. Truthfully, I only ordered it because I had a gift card with 12 bucks left to spend, and it was on sale, and we were low on our normal wash. But it smells so divine. I can't even describe what it smells like except that it's clean and not too rich and makes me want to bury my nose in my daughter's hair. I also love that it comes in a pump container...so handy when you are trying to hold a squirming child because it's one less thing to do. My only complaint is that, at least with our particular bottle, the lid doesn't snap on tightly...so she's constantly grabbing to hold it, and the heavy bottle falls out from under the lid. This is no more expensive than CA Baby, so give it a try. I'm thinking of getting the lotion if the scent matches...it's that scrumptious.

I bought this for my nephew at Christmas time because I knew the brand was a nice one. I gave him a bath myself with it the other day and it was very easy to use with the pump, no having to tip and flip over and squeeze bottles while you're multitasking already! The foam was nice and it was very soft on his skin. The scent is not overwhelming at all but definitely a pleasant one. The only complaint I would have is that (of course this depends on your own baby too) it seems to be going by very quickly and is not as long lasting as the bottle had me to believe. Definitely like it though (so does he!) and I would re purchase.

This wash is excellent on my children's sensitive skin (unlike soaps and detergent based products). It smells amazing too. It has a foam like texture and my children love it as it reminds them of bubbles. I would be lost without this product - it's amazing.

I love this baby wash. My daughter has very sensitive skin and this is the only wash that I've found that doesn't give her a rash or dry her out. I've used it on her since she was a newborn. It's great for washing hair because the foam application is easy to control and keep off of her face.

Only the best for my beautiful neice! A bottle lasted 6 months. She smells so good after her baths! My sister uses the whole baby line. She highly recommeds it all...specifically the diaper cream. Great gift idea for a baby shower!

I really like this stuff. Unlike other baby washes, the smell of this stuff is nice and light. It's the best smelling baby wash that we have tried. I also like that it gets foamy and that it lasts a long time. The only thing I don't care for is the pump bottle. But, I've found that if you turn it upside down, it works better.

My baby has sensitive skin and usually can't use anything with a fragrance, but this wash is good on his skin! I like the subtle smell too! Its a little pricey but for babies it can last awile.

I've been using this for my daughter for the past six months and I think it's great. There are lots of complaints about no lather, but that's because there are no sulfates! It takes a little to pump into a face cloth to really work a good light foamy bubbly coating over her skins. It rinses easily and leaves a very light, subtle fragrance behind. Her hair feels soft and her skin feels clean without feeling too dry. Pair this with the regular lotion and your baby will feel soft and clean. I highly recommend! We're off to buy bottle number 2 (just the second over 6 months - a little goes a long way).
