I was very skeptical about buying this product because of the price and so many reviews said the suction always break down after a mouth or two but when I got it and have been use it 2 times a week for over a year,I would say this machine never let me down one! My skin is so soft and smooth.i have acne scars around my cheeks since I was teenager that improve also :) fully recommended !!!!

Quick Take: easy to use, smoothing, softening
I have deep acne scars from when I was a teenager and (at age 33) am starting to get some fine lines. The Nu Brilliance definitely makes my skin softer and more even toned, also, I think some of the lines have diminished. It is not strong enough to have any effect on acne scars. I figured this would be the case when I purchased the product, but thought I would include it in my review in case any other acne scar sufferers are curious.
Overall, I am happy with this purchase, but as other reviews have said, don't expect professional results.

After reading just as many good as bad reviews on this product I decided to try it out for myself. I ordered this in Dec, and continue to use it almost every day :) I love how it cleans the pores and removes dirt and oil deep down. Nu Brilliance does a better job than anything else on the market! I'm in love with it :)

Although the Nu Brilliance was a good thought for an at-home microderm system, nothing beats a professional visit. I will return the product back as it really doesn't do the job that a professional esthetician would.

With the high costs for professional treatments, I decided to give this machine a try. I've been using it for a little over three weeks now and starting to see results. Your skin does get red after using it, but it's a completely painless process (unlike the professional treatments). I haven't had any major problems with suction, like other people have. You just have to make sure to pull your skin taut to get a good suction. Even though I don't think this will replace professional treatments all together, it will definitely cut down on how often I go. Overall, I think it's a good investment.

I've had mine for a month and use 3x a week. My tips are worn out and need replacing, but my machine has drastically lost suction with the replacement tips. I have suction with the original tips, but they're worn and useless.
I have not noticed any drastic improvements with this machine - it's no different than using a scrub or scrubby pad when you cleanse.

Quick Take: flawed
I've been looking to buy an at home Microdermabrasion machine for some time. We relocated just over a year ago, and I had to leave behind the Spa where I religiously went for Micro's every few weeks. About 3 mths ago my husband came home with this as a surprise for me, because he knew how badly I had missed my treatments. I was so excited. The first couple of times I used it, I couldnt have been happier. I continued to use my machine
approx every 2 weeks. The last couple of times I used it, I had to put it on the highest speed, using the COURSE tip, and still had problems with the suction. I am so upset! I really want this to work like it had in the beginning. After reading the other reviews tonight about people losing their suction as well, I realize that mine isn't the exception, but the "common flaw". Seriously, if you haven't already, do NOT purchase this. You'll just be returning like the rest of us. :(

I would go with something else. I didn't get very many uses out of this before the suction was almost worthless. I reordered the course tips, nothing. Loud, wimpy, and trying to force it to work can cause serious damage to your skin.

I really wanted to love this. The idea really appealed to me and many of the reviews were positive. Unfortunately, it did start "acting" up after just about 9 uses. Turning itself off, odd suction changes misuse...I didn't want to deal with more issues further down the road. As far as a tally working as a microdermabrasion machine, I didn't really see of fell any difference in my skin. I honestly can't see that the actual diamond portion really effects the skin as much as the suction does. I think the redness is caused from a combination of the suction and just the rubbing of the plastic over your skin. I returned it and purchased the clarisonic which I'm already in love with and I believe is a much better value.

Quick Take: easy to use, worth the money
I've had my NuBrilliance for about a year now. I used it once a week for the first few months, then once a month, and lately, every few months. It literally sucks out the dirt, oil, and dead skin from your pores. I always do the treatment at night, then allow my body to regenerate and heal while sleeping to wake up to the most youthful, beautiful glow. I do not wear make-up anymore since using this product. Before I would use foundation to cover occasional break-outs. I don't like foundation on my skin, and I don't have to wear it anymore thanks to this machine. I haven't had any problems with the functioning of the machine. I take care of it during use and I make sure to properly clean it after each use. I store it in its box when not in use. I have never used it on a setting higher than level 4. The power of suction is enough to pull out pore clogging debris, while increasing nutrient rich blood flow to the skin for rebuilding and repair. This is truly a wonderful machine. I used to pay a lot of money for the in-spa SilkPeel microderm treatments, and this machine has been a wonderful replacement at the cost of two SilkPeel treatments. I great deal all around.

So I'm really thinking about purchasing this product, seems really great but I went into the nu brilliance official website && their reviews are awful!! Their all bad && made me not want to buy it!! But then I was shopping around in here && their reviews are totally opposite! Idk what to believe anymore??

I am pleased with my Nu Brilliance microdermabrasion kit so far but I've only had it for a few weeks so it might be too early for an accurate review.
I haven't had any issues with suction like some of the reviews I've read online. Also, I ordered replacement tips from Sephora because they are less than the Nu Brillance website.

There certainly is an evenness of skin tone and my skin looks softer than before. I haven't noticed a change in frown lines or dark spots thus far. Only time will tell if these issues become less noticeable.

The reviews from customers at different websites were not all promising. Went ahead and purchased Nu Brilliance anyway. It has been three weeks since I started using this product and my skin is improving. Have white heads and some sun spots. The white heads are getting better and the sunspots are getting lighter. Looking forward to many more days of using Nu Brilliance.

Disclaimer - I have ginormous pores/blackheads and oily skin. I originally purchased one of these machines through an online discount site. Unfortunately, it stopped working after my third use. After encountering a lot of trouble in returning the defective machine, I decided to buy one from Sephora (their customer service has always been fabulous!). I have had my new machine for 5 months now and it is AMAZING. It vacuums out all of my pores and I can see the results within one use. My face glows for days. The best part about having this machine is not paying $90 bucks at a spa for a microdermabrasion service :)
