I use this alone of under concealer to brighten and care for the eye area. It is a little dark for my extrememly paler skin so I have to be careful to blend it out well.

Quick Take: lightweight, hydrating, doesn't crease
I had been using the Murad Eye Illuminator and decided to give this one a try. I actually like this one better. It applies very smoothly and doesn't cause flaking of other products. The color is perfect for my skintone and it really firms up the under eye area. I would recommend it highly.

Quick Take: horrible
I received this in the All About Eyes Kit, and love bright eyes. This is a complete disappointment. I have some dark circles, but not much. I'm only 27! It did nothing! Actually if you put a lil more product on, it actually makes the circles look worse! This was my first Murad product, and from the looks of it, the last. Don't waste your money.

Murad Hybrids Eye Lift Perfector ("Perfector") works exceptionally well for me. The coverage is very sheer. Great if you do not need opaque coverage and just want a light tint to even out and/or brighten the skintone under your eye. Firms and de-puffs. Does not accentuate fine lines. How I use it -- I use my finger to blend Perfector under my eye AFTER eye serum/cream and BEFORE (bare minerals) foundation. I do not apply foundation ontop of the Perfector.

Doesnt blend well with other makeup

I bought this on a whim bc the under eye "gel" I use {different brand} doesnt seem to be working. I have naturally dark under eye circles and need something to brighten them up instead of just light eyeshadow.
I like the applicator of this product, but when I use it to blend the product it doesnt seem like my skin fully absorbs it. Then I apply my tinted moisturizer and I cant seem to get them to blend together {and they are the same color!}. So Ill keep trying different products and maybe one day Ill find my perfect match!

Great natural looking eye illuminator!

Discovered this great product in store with the help of a sales associate. I had found that many of the illuminator type products were either sold out during the holiday season or left a "cakey" unnatural "glow" which actually accentuated skin imperfections. A sales associate recommended this Murad Eye Lift Perfector as a more natural looking alternative to accent the undereye and temple region. The associate taught me to apply the product using my ring finger and lightly tapping the concealer into the fragile undereye, upper cheekbone and temple region. Gave a nice, light glow without being shiny, pearly or metallic looking. I would highly recommend this product if you're looking for a natural looking "illuminator" which offers the benefits of a concealer.

I tried this product as soon as it came out; was not available in my local store, so ordered online. The Murad website claims this product will increase firmness in 15 minutes and reduce dark circles. After several uses, it still had done nothing. I wish I had kept my receipt so I could get my money back.

I wish this lightened up as well as it 'debags' the eye area. I use when I have puffy lower lids and it is very successful at reducing with a bit of color coverage. Still not perfect undereye highlighter tho...

I love Murad products and am always on the lookout for them to launch new products, which I immediately give a try. The “Eye Life Perfector” is a very good moisturizer for the undereye area and works as a concealer at the same time. It comes in a convenient little pen that I just twist until the amount of product I need comes out of the end and using my ring finger I pat it underneath my eye to blend. It comes in only one shade which is supposed to blend with any skin tone. I don’t know if it does because I’ve only used it on myself and my mother, but it did indeed blend with both of our skin tones. There is very little color to it—it is very lightweight and sheer. I wanted it for its wrinkle-fighting and moisturizing abilities and my mother wanted it to de-puff and cover dark circles. After about a month of use I did notice a slight softening of the fine lines around my eyes, but nothing remarkable. As far as my mother is concerned, it covered her dark circles to a certain extent, but not completely and it did not de-puff at all (but she did say that it made her eyes feel hydrated, which she liked). We also tried the Murad “Eye Lift Illuminator” which is virtually the same product except that it is violet colored and made to cover dark circles better because the violet color counteracts the darkness under the eye. My mother liked it better than this product for coverage of her dark circles and quit using this. I tried the violet colored illuminator and since I don’t have dark circles it looked horrible on me. I will continue to use the “Eye Lift Perfector” for its concealing benefits because I don’t need a heavy concealer and I like the lightness and moisturizing benefits of this pen. Also, I will keep using this pen until I run out of it to see if it does any further softening of the fine lines around my eyes and then I’ll decide if it’s worth purchasing again.

I ordered this when it first came out because Prescriptives went out of business and I can't find my concealer anywhere...it is a good, comparable product. It does well with concealing dark circles, although I've found nothing that totally does the trick. It also hydrates and I've noticed that my fine lines are much softer. It's worth a try...love Murad!!!
