Quick Take: lightweight, absorbs quickly
I've been incorporating Clarins into my routine product by product and loving each one of them. I'm just getting to an age where I need a bit more than preventative anti-aging products. This is a really nice light moisturizer for summer. My face is baby butt soft in the morning and not greasy at all (even if I sweat in my sleep - stupid hot flashes). I'm not sure it it's this product specifically or a combination of products, but my skin has never looked better. My pores look smaller. My melasma is much lighter. i can actually go out with just a little concealer under my eyes and around my nose and go. The scent doesn't bother me in the least. In fact, I kinda love it.

This makes my face look amazing when I wake up. My face feels fresh and clean when applying and the scent is faint. I would highly recommend this product. Yes, it is pricy, but you get what you pay for and more!

I don't normally spend anything near to this on moisturizers, but wow. You get what you pay for. Never again will I use a cheap one. This stuff smells great, is lightweight, and doesn't cause my skin to form new acne, like most other moisturizers did. I'm in love. A little goes a long way so even though its pricey, it'll last! INVEST IN THIS!

If you have oily skin you have to get this cream for night. It has just the right amount of moisture. It is one of the few night creams I can actually use. It's expensive upfront, but one of the jars can last you over six months! A little goes a long way!

I have oily T-Zone and I mean REALLY oily T-Zone. This product was much better than others I have tried in terms of oiliness and greasiness. It is mostly lightweight, but I could still feel it on my face and sometimes it's a bit too heavy for my preference. It definitely moisturizes very well though. I have tried Kiehl's Abyssine Cream and I thought it was a lot better and cheaper and I think I'm switching because it's a lot more lightweight and absorbs very well with little oil/grease left.

Quick Take: absorbs quickly, intensive, effective, luxurious
This is my third jar of Clarins night cream. I like most Clarins products for their scent and silky feel. This leaves my skin truly hydrated but not the least greasy, which I like because my skin at 62 is still oily!

Actually amazing!! Since I graduated from college, my face has erupted into the most incurable adult acne that's been going on for several years. Everytime my face starts to look better, another acne spell hits. My face has been bumpy and red and angry for the last couple of years.
I needed a new moisturizer so I decided to get this one due to the high ratings and when I got it I was really unimpressed by its gel texture. I figured it wouldn't give the moisture or any benefits but boy was I wrong! It gives me uber smooth skin and and gets rid of any lines and what's the best part, gets rid of redness from acne!
I've tried moving over to a cheaper brand moisturizer but once again, my skin broke out again... Despite its price, I will just have to grit my teeth and continue purchasing this because it is that great :)

i like this product a lot. i use it after i wash my face at night time. it's a very heavy cream so i only need to use a little bit to cover my whole face in a nice layer-meaning a jar has lasted me quite some time. i was given this product as a gift, so im not sure if i would purchase it again due to its high price.... if you are looking for a highly moisturizing night cream that wont leave you with oily/greasy skin in the morning, this is a great product. i have "normal" skin so i cant say for sure if this product would cause excess oil on those with oily skin. a great feature of this cream is the fact that there is little to no scent!

Im 23 and I have combination skin with minor breakouts all the time usually. This stuff is a miracle worker my face feels so much healthier using it, the skin is firmer now and it reduces my breakouts over night! its not greasy or too heavy it absorbs really well and leaves my skin so soft. Other reviews said that it had a really strong smell which I was skeptical about but ordered it anyway. I love how it smells and I dont think its too strong either. This product is perfect for me!

This is my favorite night time moisturizer of all time, i already repurchased it 3 times. I have dry to combo skin depending on the seasons and this works all year round and never makes me break out and never causes any irritation. A must buy product!

I am almost through with my first jar of this (it has lasted about 8 months) and I can honestly say that this is the best night cream I've ever used. Very hydrating but still light, and the scent is nice but not overpowering--very clean. When I wake up in the morning, my skin is refreshed and looks firmer and smoother. Great product, will definitely re-purchase.

It's great to find a moisturizer that doesn't cause me to break out. It doesn't make my eyes water or sting, even though it has a fairly strong, but pleasant smell. The smell dissipates quickly, but I can taste it on my lips long after I've put it on.
It's not quite moisturizing enough for me in the winter (Minnesota winters), I still get some dry patches. But I suppose it's a trade off--no break outs for some dry areas. Maybe I'll try the other version for normal-dry skin this winter.

Come fall/winter time, I change up the nighttime moisturizer, but it can be challenging to find one that doesn't break me out but is moisturizing enough.
The consistency requires just a small dab from my finger to apply all over my face. Absorbs quickly, without any oily residue, so far the past couple of weeks has not broken me out especially in my T zone.
