Quick Take: pricey
I was expecting a real, intense peel but got nothing like that. I suspect this works best for people with sensitive skin because the ingredients are not too abrasive. But for the rest of us with regular skin - take your money elsewhere.

Quick Take: weak, not good
the packaging promises smooth radiant skin and delivers little more than a vigorous scrub with soap and water would, yes it tingles, yes it smells funny but really doesn't do much. Lancome makes a peel that will get you to the bone if you leave it long enough. this stuff isn't worth the 40 bucks.

I liked this. It doesn't feel uncomfortable on my skin during the short time it sits, and it really does do a nice job at chemically exfoliating my face if I'm wanting my skin to feel refreshed but don't have a ton of time for a full mask. I have combination skin, and I recommend it.

Great for sensitive/combo skin!

Love this product! Regular exfoliators can be too hard on the delicate skin around my nose/cheeks and leave them dry and flaky - an ideal canvas for clumpy makeup. This removes the flaky skin and leaves me with renewed, fresh skin that my tinted moisturizer now glides over. As an added bonus, it appears to be lightening old acne scars.

Quick Take: amazing!, effective
I have oily/Combination skin. I get ouily on my forhead and nose and get tiny breakouts every once in while but when I get them it takes forever for them to go away. I tried this and it worked!!! I got it on friday last week and have used it every other day after my face wash and i have NO breakout now and my skin looks so luminous! I paired it with First Aid Beuaty Fave Fabs To Go Kit and they seriously ROCK together!

Quick Take: a wonder product!, smells good!, goes on really smoothly!
I have combination/ oily Caucasian pale/medium skin and I use only philosophy products on my face. I use the micro scrub every other day and the purity face wash everyday. I also use hope in a jar everyday and the retinol night treatment once a week. I started noticing a feeling of ruddiness and my skin tone wasn't as consistent as I wanted it to be so I decided to add this enzyme peel every three days. The first time I used it I noticed my skin was a lot smoother the next day when I washed it in the morning. I have been using it for about a month now and I have noticed a big improvement in the texture of my skin along with the ruddiness is now gone. My husband even told me my face was glowing the other day. It is so smooth now, like another person wrote, like glass. No blemishes, no redness, I love it. I now only use it once a week along with the retinol night treatment. I highly recommend this peel.

Quick Take: refreshing
I had a sample of this and I really liked it from the first time I used it. So I went to get a full size. You put it all over your clean face (I usually do it after shower), leave it on for about 2 minutes, rinse off, and follow with your favourite moisturizer. When my skin is sensitive, it feels a little tingly, but tolerable. It leaves my skin look refreshed. It'd be perfect if this gets rid of sun spots but that's ok I suppose.

I got this in a sample and tried it, love it! My skin is so smooth and it's not too harsh. I have sensitive skin and was a little nervous to try any peel but I'm so very pleased with the results.

I bought this after sampling it and the Exfolikate. I chose to buy the full-size of this because it was more gentle and effective on my skin. I put it on for as long as I can stand, usually 5 minutes, to take off the dead skin cells and keep my pores small. Rinse, and use a good deep facial moisturizer after. I do this once a week and it's a great addition to my routine. Clearer skin and smaller pores for good.

This exfoliator is awesome! its a little strong and probably wouldn't recommend for sensitive skin. I have combo skin, prone to acne and random "surprise" breakouts. I use this product once every week / 2 weeks. It purifies my skin, minimizes pores, fights acne. It does dry out a little bit so i usually use a night repair lotion (oil free) with this.

Quick Take: a reliable skin perker upper
Spots and irregularities in the skin are noticeably reduced after each usage along with increased softness of skin. I usually gently wipe it off with a wet washrag to maximize exfoliation, then rinse off any remaining enzyme gel. I use it every few days with no problem.

Nice exfolianting treatment

I got this after getting a facial where an enzyme peel was used and wanted one for at home use. I am very happy with it. I have sensitive skin and found I could tolerate it for 60 sec. Only complaint is my skin isn't as soft as it was compared to my facial but I expect that has to do with all the other things they do.

Quick Take: good value, effective
I had used the REN peel and really liked it, but it's pretty expensive so I thought I'd try something else. I think this works just as well as REN, which is $55 for 1.7 oz. You get almost twice as much for $40 with this product.The only difference is this one is a little runnier and I squeezed out too much the first time I used it.
I liked the results from this product. My skin felt smooth and soft. I do leave it on a little longer, about 5 minutes. I will buy this product again.

I love this product when I don't have time to exfoliate but feel like i need a boost in the morning. i put it on, let it sit while i wander around for a couple minutes and wash it off. Or even it's great at night, I put it on, let it soak in for a few minutes and then wash it off in the shower.

Quick Take: effective
This was my first experience with peels, I got a deluxe sample size of it with my perk points almost a year ago. I was both reluctant for quite some time to use it because I was really against the whole "let's scrape the life out of our faces" craze that seemed to be happening everywhere and I was nervous to use it. But I tried it and loved it. It's quite gentle yet effective. I leave it usually for about 10 mins on and my skin has no problem with tolerating it, try to it 1-2 times a week. If you are new to the peeling world this is a great product to start with. Two more bounty points to mention - a little goes a loooong way so the price is well justified, this brand doesn't test on animals.
