My first review. Absolutely love this cleanser. I bought it on a whim. Noticed it's a new product(at least to me) and natural ingredients. Leaves my skin fresh and glowing. Has helped a lot with my acne.

Quick Take: milky, gentle, great for fry skin
This cleanser is super amazing. It removed my face makeup very well. I have dry and sensitive skin and it does not irritate my skin nor does it cause my skin to become dryer. It is very gentle on the face. It has a very earthy scent. I didn't like it at first but then it made me think of all the natural ingredients that are in this product. The REN skincare line is absolutely fabulous and I would reccomend it to everyone.

I was on a long quest to find the best skin care for my skin. I never used to bother washing my face but after having kids and entering my late 20's I realized it was time to start my search for great skin care. I tried three different cleansers, clinique, purity, and caudalie. Clinique broke my skin out and purity and caudalie didn't seem to get my skin clean. From all the skin care switching my skin was completely broken out... Enter REN!! I notice a considerable improvement in one day and my skin was cleared up in two days!!! I didn't think I had sensitive skin before this, but now knowing I do, this is the best cleanser!!!!

I really liked the concept of this cleanser--that it would be gentle but effective at getting rid of acne. I was really impressed by all the good reviews, but this definitely did nothing for my acne and even made it worse. I really liked the smell and feel of this cleanser. The problem is that it doesn't get rid of makeup or oil. To check I used a cotton ball with remover on it after I had used this cleanser and I still had traces of makeup on my face. I'm really disappointed because I do like the acne night serum. I plan on using that with another cleanser.

The ONLY cleanser for severe acne!

Quick Take: exfoliating, milky, calming, redness-reducing, amazing!
I have severe hormonal acne, and it can get very painful. Out of MANY, MANY failed or just "ok" cleansers this is the absolute best! This line calms my face down, reduces redness and pain, it also makes it incredibly soft and beautiful. REN obviously knows what their doing, their ingredients are top notch. I'll never use another cleanser again, just go ahead and give it a try.
PROS: Calms, reduces redness, cleans pores, softens, moisturizes. I can use it with my Clarisonic.
CONS: Won't remove all of your makeup. Use a makeup remover beforehand.
TIP: Make sure to read the directions before application. Apply to dry skin using damp hands. This will make a big difference.

adult acne and minor wrinkles - this clay cleanser makes my picky skin happy and helps it make a come back after a breakout. it also seems to minimize post breakout marks. it is essentially my current holy grail cleanser

Fabulous cleanser!

Quick Take: milky, deep cleansing, gentle, effective
I've used this cleanser in the past, probably about 8 years ago or so, and loved it. Being the product junkie that I am, I moved on to other products-always looking for something newer and better. However, now that I'm pregnant, my skin has been a wreck. I have dry-combination skin, and pregnancy hormones have caused a ton of cystic acne, predominantly located on my left jawline and chin, with some on my forehead. None of the products I had tried had even made a dent in the acne I was experiencing, and being pregnant, I am unable to take any acne medications. I remembered this cleanser, especially the creater's wife and her pregnancy-related skin issues which led to the creation of the line, and decided to try it again. I LOVE IT. It is milky, soft, cleanses deeply and effectively, and leaves my skin soft, never stripped, and completely clean (I use this following the Sephora brand Supreme Cleansing Oil as a makeup remover). It works great with my Clarisonic Aria with the acne brush head. I have noticed that since using this cleanser and other REN products, I haven't had any new cystic acne forming, and the cysts that were already there are noticeably shrinking in size, to the point that I went from full coverage foundation, concealer and powder down to bb cream, concealer and hd powder in a matter of weeks. This is a life-saving product for me!

Quick Take: smooth, creamy
I've been using this cleanser for almost two years now. REN is an amazing clean bioactive brand and this is the perfect mild cleanser that also helps combat acne while never stripping the skin of its moisture. I Have very dry acne prone skin, and my skin feels silky and clean after and I can tell it's DOING something - everytime i try another cleanser my skin doesn't feel quite right.

After a VERY long time, my search for the perfect cleanser is over! I have to say that this cleanser is by far, the best cleanser I have ever used. I have sensitive acne prone skin and have used every cleanser out there to try and get my skin under control. I would always have little bumps all over even if the "big" pimples were gone. I could never get that flawless skin look- until now. Other cleansers always either dried out my skin horribly or were so greasy that I'd break out worse. This cleanser is so gentle and non-drying, it leaves your skin feeling clean yet moisturized. I use it with my Clarisonic and it is the perfect combination. I am hooked on REN products now- I can't wait to try everything in the REN skincare line!

This cleanser is really nice. It is not rough or irritating to my skin, but it still leaves my skin soft and clean. I also had a lot of blemishes on my face and those have cleared up a lot with this cleanser.

I suffer from cystic acne and unfortunately have the most sensitive skin known to man. On a recent trip to Sephora one of the consultants did a demo of this on my face and I noticed a difference instantly. I use this twice daily with my Clarisonic and I have noticed a major change in my skin. My skin is clearer, smoother, and now I only have the occasional pimple. This cleanser has also helped clear up my blackheads and shrink my pores. Ren's ClearCalm 3 Clarifying Clay Cleanser has been my saving grace, it has given me confidence and allowed me to walk out of my house makeup free without feeling self conscious and embarrassed. Anyone suffering from acne should try this cleanser, I promise you will not be disapointed with the results.

After trying dozens of cleansers to combat my acne, I decided to give this a try. I was a bit put off by the price but it works! I'm on my third bottle and my skin hasn't looked this good in a long time. Better than anything else I've tried ( including proactive)

I bought this a couple months ago and I used to use it daily but I've switched over to trying Murad products. I got this full size with the travel sized Day & Night creams/moisturizers and I absolutely loved those things! However, I feel like this clay cleanser didn't do much for me.
I didn't like the way it felt on my face, obviously because its clay. It wasn't too bad, I just wasn't getting the results I wanted. It's not a bad product though, just unsure whether I'd recommend it or not.

Quick Take: creamy, smooth
My skin has always been acne prone so I always take extreme measures for nice skin. I work with clients up close and personal, and I get compliments all the time ever since I've started on the REN system. The texture is amazing and works great with my Clairsonic! I send everyone to Sephora who asks what's my secret.
