I bought this for my boyfriend for his graduation, and he’s not really into colognes, (he wears mostly axe) but he really likes this! he knows I love it so he always wears it around me, and it smells 10x better on his skin than it did in the store; the mixture is pretty sexy, I must say. I love citrusy, clean, fresh smelling colognes/ perfumes, and this is just that, with a little added spiciness! it’s not overpowering at all, and it does seem to last all day. I’m extremely happy with this purchase

Quick Take: light, fresh, airy, reminds me of the summer i met my husband
When my husband and I first met 9 years ago, he wore a cologne called Alive by American Eagle. I tease him that the only reason I dated him was because he smelled so good. Unfortunately, that cologne is discontinued, and I've been looking for something similar ever since. The Lacost Sport smells as close to it as anything I've found in all these years, and I went so far as to have some made by a website that claims to be a "scent matcher." So for those of you who miss the Alive cologne, this is as close as you're going to get unless AE decides to bring it back. I gave this to my husband as a birthday gift, and he loved it, even though it was more for me than for him!!

Lacoste essential sport is a clean light scent. It is not overwhelming and the smell is very nice. You can easily layer this fragrance alone with the deodorant to create a nice smell.

I've been wearing Lacoste Essential for a while now and the Sport edition is a nice addition to this brand. Not too overpowering, great citrus notes too. Best for Spring & Summer.

I purchased as a gift for my son and I wouldn't mind it for myself! It smells great and is very reasonably priced especially compared to some of the newer fragrances out now. I plan on getting some for my husband as well and then I can conveniently borrow it!
