I got the Stay-There shadows in Chihuahua and Pug - a bright silver and gunmetal grey, respectively. These eye shadows are highly pigmented (a challenge with silvers) and they stay put! They are also nice and creamy upon application, easy to work. I look forward to purchasing more colors!

This eye shadow is so amazing...it literally glides on like silk. I absolutely love it and am ordering additional colors. I have never used a shadow that felt like this or goes on so smoothly.

Best shiny metallics, Soft, smooth, fine particles that don't settle as much into fine lines on mature eyelids as other shadows i have been trying..It does set but takes 5-10 min. so it is so easy to get blended and take time to work with. I got all the neutrals. Love my pooches!

i love this stuff! the color that ends up on your eyelid is exactly what you see in the jar. my favorite is the dark brown. it's super easy to blend and you can put it on with a brush or just with your finger. a little spendy but totally worth it. i bought mine months ago and still have a ton left. the pigment is great, it's super silky and it lasts all day without getting clumpy. i'm going to order more colors asap!

I got cocker spaniel, and the color is just lovely, great highlight shade. It is very long lasting, the only downside for me is it seems to crease and clump and not apply well if I use anything other than my finger to apply it. If I apply it with my finger though it is perfect!

It's not urban decay full pigment color.. it's more of a sheer wash of shimmer.. I didn't find it vibrant.. I like it, as a dewey wash over eyes... but it's not very covering.. and when applied over an eyeshadow color, it looks caked up. It is one of those that you have to be very careful with or it will look really bad. I purchased the Collie color.. it's a sheer pink.. not much shimmer. There are others with more sparkle, which would be better. All in all it will be a good color for summer.. but there is no POP of color as described.. its very sheer.

Quick Take: not highly pigmented, hard to get out of the pot
Ok, so I ordered almost half of these. The one thing that I thought was going to make them long lasting was the fact this is a sort of gel/mousse consistency. It's almost like jello. But that same 'feature' is what made it hard to apply.
My brush barely picked up anything, and I tried a few. Then the color payoff once you jammed the brush in to get a hunk of it, was poor.
I used it with the prime time (I use the face one all over, including my eyes), and it stayed ok. Just it is a very sheer wash.
I would recommend it if you are looking for a light wash of color in a pot that won't spill all over.
They went back, they just werent' for me

I purchased the Mutt and Collie shadows based on the amazing reviews I read here online, and while I am super glad I did, there were some small disappointments. I picked the colors I did because of my fair skin and eye color, but they are much less pigmented than I was expecting - the Mutt especially is not as dark as it looks. Furthermore, I have small lids and after working a 12-16 hour day I did notice some creasing. However, that's a long day filled with tiny-lidded blinks and I'm sure for normal eyes and normal hours the creasing would not be an issue. I would also like to say that this shadow's texture is stupendous. So creamy and easy to apply, afterwards drying enough to feel like you have nothing on. Overall I really am super happy with the shadows, I just need to order some different colors!

If you are considering purchasing these, I highly suggest going to the store and swatching them, because the colors can be very hit or miss. I have several and I am obsessed with Pug and Golden Retriever. I reach for them all the time, they look great on their own for a "I didn't really work hard to get this look, but it definitely looks like I spent lots of time on it" type day, or with other shadows in the crease, because they do blend like a dream. However, I also own Mutt, which is a gorgeous color in the pot, but transfers to be not super pigmented. It comes off more as a sheer wash of tanned shimmer than the bronzed-taupe shade I was expecting.
The texture of these is interesting. It's a mix of a gel/mousse and a pressed powder pigment, but I do suggest using a shadow base when applying. I've never had a problem with them creasing, but I find that they fade a lot without a base.

Quick Take: long-lasting, vivid
I have two stay-there eyeshadows already, the bright green and the purple. The bright green works amazingly--the purple not as well (takes a good bit more to get the color that's in the pot). With such a wide range of performance, I wasn't sure if I wanted another one, but the Golden Retriever's rich copper color eventually won me over, and man am I glad I got it. This highly pigmented shadow layers like a dream and a little really goes a long way. Love love love.

Quick Take: long-lasting, easy to apply
I have watery eyes and a lot of powder shadows only make the problem worse. This eye shadow stays put and is comfortable. I don't feel the need for primer with this. The color had me a little nervous with just a look, but it blends beautifully with Chihuahua and Mutt.

I got this in Golden Retriever and the color is amazing! It's just the thing for a pop of glamour during a night out and it lasts all evening without smudging or creasing. I wish I had all the colors!

This powder goes on like loose powder. If you drop it, it won't break in pieces and get ruined. Yet, like compressed powder, you can hold it upside down and the powder will stay put. It feels like a sponge. Great, vibrant color.

I love the color which is why I originally purchased this product. I was also excited to test it's ease of application (finger or brush) and durability (no more primer!). However, I was disappointed with it's performance. When I tried it without a primer, it faded and creased. With a primer, it did last longer, but still creased some. It is easy to appy and can be layered, both good traits, but it didn't perform up to my expectations. Despite finding the perfect color, I'm still in search of the perfect product.

Bought this yesterday in Poodle (like a light champagne color). Used it on my entire lids and then used Shiseido Shimmering Eye Cream Color in Angel as a thick winged liner. Normally the Shiseido, which is really an eye shadow, not liner, transfers throughout the day or evening and I have to constantly touch up the upper part of my lids and eyes, but using this Buxom shadow first made for the perfect canvas. I stayed up late on a humid night and it stayed PERFECTLY. I almost didn't want to wash my face before bed. I look forward to using this with other cream and gel liners as a subtle pretty base.
P.S. I applied with my ring finger directly onto eyelids. Haven't tried it with a brush yet.

I bought this in Mutt, which is a great shimmering bronzy brown. It's beautiful, and I love that I can use my finger to put it over shadows, or a brush to blend it straight on the lid. It doesn't crease or budge.
