I actually bought the other brown eye pallets with two purple shades, a greenish taupe, and a nice bronze shade. They have nice pigmentation and very nice flexibility in what you can do with them. Ilike it a lot, I think that they can be compared to wet n wilds eye pallettes but they are a very nice higher end product.

Quick Take: portable, good value
This review only applies to the Matte Madness pallete. This pallete is perfect for daytime looks (I find that shimmery colors don't look natural in sunlight), and transitions nicely for night time looks. I've searched high and low for the best matte shades, and this pallete has it all. I keep it on me at all times

"Miami Vibes 11" NOT for Blue Eyes!

This review is more about the fact that a Sephora rep, in whom I have pretty much zero faith anymore, suggested the palette "Miami Vibes 11" for me. I have very big blue eyes, and I looked like a clown. I felt bad for her, because she seemed to really think it was a great idea, but I had to go to the Barnes and Noble next door to wash it off! The colors themselves are very pretty, however. But unless you're going for trashy, blue-eyed ladies, don't put blue shadow on! The browns in this palette would have been fine, but I have get similar in other palettes so I returned this one.

First , the colors are beautiful; however, it's hard to get a great color pay off. You , literally have to pack tons of product on to get the vibrant color. Once the color is applied the color has great staying power.

The shadow is vibrant and stays well w/ my primer and doesn't smudge throughout the day, also, blending the shades together creates an even more drastic look.

Quick Take: portable, good value
I love this palette. Beautiful colors in a compact that's not too big. I usually travel with bulky eye shadow boxes from Too Faced but will now downsize and pack this instead. Great product, great price!

Almost Nude = PINK

I purchased the Almost Nude palette, thinking it would be somewhat similar in shades to the Naked Basics palette, but I was dead wrong! I thought they must have sent me the wrong colors since everything looked pink and purple, but the label said Almost Nude. The taupe palette is too dark, so there's not really a natural-looking option. No thanks!

I love this palette - I bought the Brunette one. I noticed someone said it was way too shimmery, I don't agree at all. The color is subtle yet it pops. Looks great on. Love it.

Bought this palette mainly for the peachy nude color. Ended up loving all the colors. Its a great palette for basic nude looks qnd a smoky eye. I love this for everyday looks that can turn into a greqt smoky eye at night.

I've always wanted to try a matte shadow palette and I was looking at brands like Urban Decay or Too Faced, but they were a little out of my price range and most of the palettes had shimmer, which I am trying to stray away from at the moment. I saw that Sephora had its own purely neutral matte palette and got very excited. Unfortunately the formula seemed cheap as it caked and was chalky on my eyelids. The colors look great in the palette, but didn't blend evenly with each other when applied. The price seems a bit steep for something that doesn't look good. I expected a little more quality since all of the Sephora brand products I already have are hits. This one is a definitely a miss.

These are so expensive for having drugstore makeup quality. These look so chalky on the eyelids, even with a primer! And the pigmentation is terrible! Save your money!
