Not Sulfate Free!

I was very disappointed to find out after purchasing that this item is not sulfate free as it said on the item page. The second ingredient is a sulfate! I have keratin treated hair so now I can only use this product as a body wash. I was really looking forward to marshmallow scented hair.

Where's the Marshmallow?

My daughter bought two of these -- one for herself and one for me -- because I'm an unabashed fan of Philosophy's shower gels. I am disappointed with this one, though. Oh, sure, it lathers up and moisturizes the way it should, but the scent is blah. If it didn't say Crispy Marshmallow Bars on the label, I couldn't properly identify it; it just smells sweet to me, maybe like melted vanilla ice cream.,

I love this stuff. Smell just like a rice crispy treat...I wanted to eat it more than shower, but it leaves my skin soft and it works great for your hair too. I just wish there was a matching body lotion!

I had to make crispy bars after using this. It smells heavenly. the buttery, mashmallow treat scented shower gel is absolutly one of philosophys finest! I highly recommend this!

Quick Take: scented
I love all the Philosophy body washes, but this one is my new favorite. It smells great and really enhances my shower experience. I never tried as a shampoo, but I would not recommend any of the Philosophy body washes as a bubble bath. You end up using half the bottle for a mediocre bubble bath.

I bought this for my sister as a gift for the Halloween holiday. It was not to be opened until then. Did she wait? NO! :o) She absolutely loves this and said it smelled just like rice crispy bars and she couldn't receive a better gift than this. She told me this made her skin and hair smell wonderful, with a nice scent of marshmallows and cream and the scent lingered in her hair and shower for a long time. Her husband came in and asked what smelled so good she was baking and it was her! She set out then to make some of these from the recipe off the front of the bottle and she told me they were delicious and smelled just like what she showered with earlier that same day. That sure made my day knowing I made her and hubby happy with this wonderful shampoo. Philosophy hit it dead on again with this one. Thank you Sephora for having this and more for us to indulge in, I'm a Philosophy shampoo user for life and I'm quite sure I've converted my sister. I am so pleased.

The smell is reminiscent of Philophy's late, lamented (by me, at least) Toasted Marshmallow Creme lotion, which I loved. It smells sweet without being cloying, and I love that it doesn't dry out my skin.

I am so happy I picked up this product; completely worth it. For awhile I was turned off by Philsophy due to the smell of their chocolate chip product (really generic to say the least.) and some of the reviews on this site. With that said, I'm happy with the over all product. As soon as you open it there's a faint smell of Marshmallowy goodness. It's a bit faint; the last soap I purchased permeated the confines of my bathroom. This not as much. Maybe that's a good thing because it has the delicate smell of marshmallows instead of something generic and strong. I will be stock piling this product

My family and I all have really sensitive skin and eczema. This is the one body wash we can all use. We all love the scent of this one. It seems even more moisturizing than the previous 3-in-1 products.
