I am so, so pleasantly surprised by this! I expected it to be good considering the price and the reputation that Alterna has, but I am really impressed by this product.
Me = dyed/colored hair, thick, coarse, wavy hair that is heat styled almost daily. Obviously the only way to rid yourself 100% of damage is not dye/heat style your hair at all, but this stuff really did transform my hair! My hair feels brought back to life - soft, smooth, silky, smells amazing, doesn't feel as brittle, is shiny and feels bouncy and healthy. Very pricey but I eded up going and purchasing the matching shampoo so I can have the whole system :) Very impressed with this line!

Quick Take: rich
This is a great product when used with the CAVIAR shampoo. My hair is soft with less frizz after using. This is comparable to Kerastase in my opinion, and costs a little less. My only complaint is that it is expensive for the amount of product you get (the shampoo lasts a lot longer than the conditioner). It is also hard to pump out the product. But I will be re-purchasing due to the great quality. Buy the shampoo too, you won't regret it.

I'm not sure if you're aware but this stuff is gluten free! I got this shampoo & conditioner for my mother who is gluten intolerant a it works miracles!!! She has tried tons of hair care products designed with her intolerance in mind, and this is BY FAR THE BEST!!! It's a little pricy, but totally worth it when I saw my Mum's smile after she used it. After 1 week of use, her hair went from dry, stripped & straw-like to SOFT, STRONG & BEAUTIFUL! I definitely recommend it if you're gluten intolerant!

My stylist recommended this and I am hooked. My hair is very thick and dry and this has totally transformed it. A little goes a Long way which is hard to find for thich hair conditioning. Well worth every penny.

Very moisturizing. I have extremely damaged and broken hair from coloring and heat styling, including flat ironing.. I have gone completely sulphate free with all of my hair products and have tried many, many of them. This is probably the best sulphate free conditioner that I have tried, My hair seems less frizzy and/or "crunchy" after washing and conditioning with the Alterna Caviar Anti Aging Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner. Works for me!

Quick Take: outstanding conditioner
This is the best conditioner. I use so much less than I used with other conditioners. After towel-drying my hair working through a comb is very easy even the day after I color. The day after washing and conditioning my hair does not look oily and I do not feel like I have to wash it again. I will be a repeat customer.

I used this for 4 days and my head and back itched the whole time I used it- also, I didn't see any added shininess or anything special in my hair during that time. I returned it. I love the Bamboo shampoo that I use- but there's something in this conditioner that I can't handle.

I tried this product based on the reviews and was not disappointed. It is a good conditioner and has a nice fragrance. It really didn't add much moisture to my hair which is what I purchased it for but I will use it up instead of returning it.

I have really short hair, and I wanted to try something natural without any chemicals--something that can keep my hair's natural balance. I also wanted something that prevent aging. So far I am satisfied with Caviar products. I use their shampoo, conditioner, and night serum. The product doesn't interfere with my skin and leaves my hair soft and shiny.

I've been using this product for four months, and my hair looks beautiful. I'm not one to compliment myself easily so loving my hair is a big deal. My hair dresser said I have very healthy hair, and she has never said that to me before I started using this conditioner. Long term use is key but you will see results after one bottle.

I have normal hair - not dry, oily, or a lot of damage. There are pros and cons to the shampoo/conditioner set. I didn't realize it was a moisture conditioner when I ordered it so I was afraid it was going to weigh down my hair - but it didn't. I can honestly say I have never felt hair this soft on anyone and my hair looks shiny and healthy. Another bonus is a little goes a long way and it smells great. The con in this is that I've never had so many fly aways, when I put my hair in a bun I look like a q-tip. I normally air dry my hair - but with this product blow drying or flat ironing is required. But once I do that my hair looks great!

I love how this makes my hair feel after I use it. Like all softness & moisture. Only thing is I still get breakage although in all fairness I do blowdry and flat iron my multiracial color treated hair twice a week. So maybe I should just not expect miracles. I think the breakage is a bit less but not as much as I hoped for considering how much I spent. However this stuff &the accompanying shampoo still leave my hair at least looking much healthier (after I blowdry &flatiron) then it has in ages. So I will stick with both this and the shampoo until I can find something better. Bonus: it smells good :)

I purchased the Caviar Shampoo/Conditioner a few weeks ago and it has become my instant favorite! I have fine, straight hair. This gave instant shine, and made my hair so sleek. I will definately continue to use this product. I have tried many many shampoo/conditioners and it is worth the money.

I've reviewed this before, but I love it so much, I'm doing it again! It is somehow rich yet lightweight at the same time, giving my dry, frizzy hair tons of moisture without weighing it down, or leaving it with a residue. It's like my hair drinks it in. Plus, it smells great!! It is on the pricey side, but you don't need to use much at all, so the bottle lasts a long time. It is thick, so I store the bottle upside down...never had a problem doing that. I'll use this as long as Alterna makes it!

Quick Take: deep moisturizing
From the very first use of the Alterna CAVIAR Anti-Aging Moisture Conditioner, my dry, brittle, color-treated hair felt a lot softer, smoother and shinier. I don't wash my hair every day due to how dry and damaged it is, so unfortunately I found that the conditioning effect only lasted a day or two then my hair was back to dry and brittle again. I haven't tried the matching shampoo with it, so maybe that along with continued use of the conditioner would help prolong all the benefits.

I love this shampoo and conditioner. It's pricy but a tiny amount goes a long, long way. I use about a dime sized amount of conditioner and less than that of the shampoo for my entire head and I have mid length hair and a lot of it. It leaves the hair soft and easy to blow dry and flat iron. It looks great all the time. My hair is shiny and not dry and dull.
