Quick Take: good spray, good area of coverage, medium hold, touchable
Ok it's been very humid here in NJ - more then normal. I didn't find this worked any better then some of the other sprays in my closet. I don't notice it being sticky or hard to touch. The smell you notice while spraying but I don't smell it after that. I don't try to brush through hairspray but if I had too I probably could without much pulling. I don't think I would by again, but I'll finish the can.

Quick Take: non-sticky, easy to use, perfect
This is my holy grail hairspray! I have tried tons of hairsprays, both drugstore and high end. This hairspray gives great hold, but doesn't give that thick, gooey look like some other strong hold hairsprays. For me, it seems like a "dry" formula, and allows me to brush it out and restyle if necessary. I have used this for about two years, and continue to try out new hairsprays, but this one is still the absolute best! I would recommend this product to everyone.

Quick Take: non-sticky, lightweight, easy to use
i have really fine hair, and this spray has great hold,
without being rock hard or sticky.
nice smell to it as well. combs out easily.
does not weigh my hair down either.

Quick Take: non-sticky, lightweight, easy to use
I love all the Caviar Products. The spray does not feel heavy yet it holds. The smell takes a little time to get used to but since it doesn't linger, it's not a big deal. Coupled with the bamboo line, it's my go to hair product for my finishing look.

This hairspray really holds! So far it's held my hairstyles through the wind, rain and snow. It's great, but it can make my hair feel overly stiff if I get carried away and use too much. A little spray goes a long way.

Makes hair too stiff...

I’ve been trying the different products in the ALTERNA brand and this extra-hold hairspray is one product that I returned. It held my hair in place, but it made it stiff as a board. Lately I’ve been wearing my hair in a wavy / scrunched look because it’s quick and easy to do. When I sprayed this hairspray on my scrunchy hairstyle it made it crunchy and rigid. I like the Cavair Anti-Aging Working Hair Spray so much more than the extra hold spray. Anyway, unless you like to have your hair inflexible, I would not recommend this to anyone.

Quick Take: non-sticky, lightweight, easy to use
I have been using this hairspray for years. I've gone through bottles after bottles, purchasing it at my local beauty stores. Recently they stopped selling it and I've had to find it at higher prices and wait for orders to come in. I can't believe Sephora has started to sell this, I am extremely excited. This hairspray holds hair all day and does not leave a crunchy or sticky feeling. (Yuck!) The bottle is huge and because I use it everyday last around 1/4 of the year. (Yes, four bottles a year.) Wow!!! Anyways, this sprays out easily and doesn't choke you with the scent. It's a great purchase.
