Quick Take: lightweight, non-sticky, easy to use
This is a giant -sized can of mousse, I use it after I wash, before drying. It definitely makes my hair thicker! Will use this product evry time I wash my hair!

Quick Take: non-sticky
I have tried other Alterna styling products and have been happy with them. Unfortunately the product I absolutely loved was discontinued. So off I was to find another product that would do the same. This was not it. I gave it several tries. The results were always the same, too stiff, and then frizzy. I have curly wavy hair and this product made my hair look damaged.

I use this product to style my hair . it is not greasy, sticky, very light and you only need a little bit. very good hold.

Ok I didn't need a lot of this product to get volume. I felt it worked and did everything it was suppose to. I think this will last a very LONG time.

Great for taming the frizzies

Quick Take: lightweight, easy to use
I used to use a gel before blow drying my curly hair to make it straight. The gel worked o.k.,but it didn't really tame my curls.. Then my hair stylist turned me onto this product. The first time I used it everyone commented on how great my hair looked. Smooth, shiny and in control. I'll never go back to gels again.

In my quest for finding the perfect hair products I came across this line a few weeks ago, which I had never tried before. I got samples of everything in the line that I could and purchased a few, too, (but not many because the expense adds up). Anyway, I tried this mousse and ended up returning it. It did not hold my hairstyle and it left my hair with frizzy, fly-away strands. My cheaper Herbal Essence “Tousle Me Softly Mousse” works much better at keeping my hair non-frizzy and it has amazing staying power as it holds my hairstyle in place all day. I would not recommend spending the money on this mousse when I can get one much cheaper that works much better.

This is the best hair product. I have found it very difficult to find in my area. I have tried many different products from salons for my dry, curly and thinning hair. Alterna Caviar Mousse is tops.
