Gentle Cleanser that Removes Eye Makeup!

I have very sensitive skin and frequently that means that I'm using a cleanser that does not remove my eye makeup (and I wear a lot!). This product cleans without stripping my skin and removes all my eye makeup. All this with a lovely smell to boot!

Quick Take: milky
I bought this product to try it out and on the first use it leaves your skin very smooth. I will continue using it in the future as it really works well on my skin.
The only thing I would have liked different is to actually be foamy when you use it (it states it is a foaming cleanser). If feels more on the milky side.

I bought this facial cleanser out of a whim, picked it up at my local store and expect it to just do the job of cleaning. I
t did work to clean, but without even a tiny bit of foam.I would've bought a non-foaming if I wanted to get one.
The fragreance was way too strong and not even pleasant. Parfume is not good for skin and I definitely do not think something with that much of frangrance would be gentle to one's skin.
Definitely overpriced. Returned it. Not recommended.

it does not foam at all, and the fragrance is really strong like you are putting a bottle of perfume in it.
i paid for a foaming cleanser but it did not even do the very basic thing.
so disappointed.

Quick Take: silky, smooth, relaxing
I love this cleanser! It feels so soft on my skin, it's relaxing to wash my face. It doesn't do much other than clean it, but that's all I need it for. I would recommend another cleanser if you have acne, one that will actually help get rid of the acne.

Grrreat for Dry Skin!

Granted, I've only used this product TWICE, but I had to get on here and say how amazing this cleanser is after just ONE use. I'll come back on here and write how it is a month after using it, but I have intensely dry skin and could tell after one use that my face in between allowing my face to dry and putting a face oil on it, that my face didn't feel like it was going to crack as soon as it was dry. The texture of the cleanser is extremely creamy; I use it w my clarisonic. I just got my clarisonic for Christmas (aria) and w this new fabulous product combined w brutal Chicago winters, I feel like my face is drier than ever. I think this is the product to help me get the moisture back into my skin along w drinking plenty of water.

This cleanser is really gentle, not harsh or over drying. It has a very light scent, which is so pleasant anytime of day. I highly recommend for anyone that wants a decent cleanser.

First of all, it doesn't foam. That wouldn't be a problem, if it cleaned your skin. But it doesn't. It isn't for someone who wears makeup and needs a cleanser that takes that all away. Like it says, it is gentle... too gentle. And it took me weeks to get used to the smell. I think I smell like a grandma when I use it!

this is a fantastic cleanser!
yes, it doesn't foam. but i read the reviews before buying it, so i knew to expect that...and honestly i don't really feel like i'm missing out.
i use this every morning and night along with the dior gentle toning lotion, and i've noticed softer skin and less blemishes. my boyfriend is always impressed at how soft my face is after using this!
i really like the milky texture. i have sensitive skin which tends to be on the dry side, so i love how gentle this feels. it doesn't irritate me at all, which is great!
i do not wear foundation and such, so i don't need this to be able to remove heavy make-up applications. i do use daily face lotions and moisturizers and it does fine on those, but i imagine that for those who wear lots of heavy cosmetics this might not be a potent enough cleanser. for someone like me, however, who is looking for a gentle daily wash, it's perfect.
i definitely recommend using it with the matching toner!

I accidentally bought this thinking it was Dior Purifying Foaming Cleanser with Crystal Iris Extract. This is definitely a cleansing milk. My skin didn't feel clean afterward. The cleanser definitely didn't foam. It does smell fabulous!

the saleslady said this would be moisturizing but it wasn't. I told her I use the clarisonic brush and this does not let the brush glide like the moisturizing ones.

I bought the entire line to try out, but this cleanser isn't anything to write home about. It doesn't foam up enough for me, and it doesn't remove all the make-up. Would like something that cleans better.

I too agree with the previous comments regarding the lack of foam this cleanser produces. I was initially disappointed with the product because of it. After a month of use however, I have to say that my skin looks and feels amazing. It's also gentle and non drying which I love. I will definately keep using it!

Repurchasing. I agree with other reviews, it doesn't foam, but the texture is "foamy" - not a true creamy cleanser. It is gentle on my dry sensitive skin and does a good job cleaning away dirt and oil although it doesn't really do anything for make-up removal. It requires more rinsing than I'm used to or stings the eyes (not good for a quick wash). If you are looking for something that cleanses sensitive skin without irritation, this is a good try. I do miss a true foaming cleanser - (especially for the summertime). Sephora used to carry a different Dior one that actually did foam that came in a larger tube.

Pretty Peony Scented Cleanser

I purchased this product in November along with several other Dior products. I have mixed feelings about this cleanser. It's described as a foaming cleanser, but it actually does not foam up at all. I was very disappointed by this. No matter how hard you try to foam it, it won't work. It has a milky consistency, which does not feel good on my face. The only thing I did like about this product was that it's lightly scented of Peonies. I won't repurchase.
