I absolutely love that you can use all 5 colors together or individually. The white shimmer is perfect for the pout of your lip and above the cheek bones.

Okay, this stuff is honestly so amazing i can not even express how much i am in love with in. Its shimmery and stays on all day. I wear it year round, i love it so much and it can double as eyeshadow! The best color on the bronzer is the white becuase it has a golden shimmer to it. Its just purley amazing and worth the money.

Quick Take: soft shimmer, sheer coverage, convenient, sleek packaging
I received this as a birthday present a few years ago. I hadn’t tried anything from the Bobbi Brown line, so this was my first real taste of it... and what would turn out to be a collection.
I have incredibly (pink undertone) fair skin, so I was very skeptical of this. I do admit, the first time that I tried this I didn’t love it. It was too dark for me (even with a light hand), and it had a slight orange tinge to it. However, after I played with it for a bit, I’ve discovered how multi dimensional this product is. I’ve used it as an eyeshadow (for obvious reasons), a highlight, and a contour (which also found out works on pretty much every skintone).
The shimmer did put me off a little bit, because that’s not usually my preference in anything but a highlight. However, this has a very soft shimmer, which isn’t too bad. I did find that when you buff this out (after applying) with a kabuki brush, the shimmer diminishes considerably. So for those women (or men) that don’t want a shimmery contour, but likes it for a highlight, this is definitely the right choice.

i use this everyday sparingly on my cheekbones and t-zone. I have dry skin so i would not use it on your t-zone if you have oily complexion. Overall, it does its job. I go light for everyday and when i go out at night i go heavy around the cheekbones.

I have had this product for literally 6 years and am JUST now running out. I use it on my eyelids on average 2-3 times a week. It gives girls with olive skin this beautiful golden smokey eye. Highly recommend.

How good is this if it breaks

The colors are pretty, but the product is not good when it CRUMBLES! I was using the bottom brown color as a eyeshadow and not using the other 4 colors above it. I am assuming since I was not "packing in" the pigment with a brush, it became loose and broke in the case. For $42, and not getting much use out of this product. I had to return it.

My 2nd shimmer brick!

Who knew this'd be my new must-have product? I've been more in a bronzer mood lately; maybe because i just look pasty when my redness is covered up w/ makeup (j/k my beloved HD foundation would never appear pasty lol)... anyway I'm into bronzer big time and was using this in Rose swept across the cheekbones to complete my face look. But I thought with my wintertime bronzed goddess look (I use a MATTE bronzer: Park Ave Princess by Tarte) this would look GORGEOUS swept atop it on the cheekbone and I am NOT disappointed. I'd maybe pass on this if you're already using a shimmery bronzer, as it is MAJOR shimmer (hence the name, duh). I'd only use this alone as my all-over bronzer if I was going to a club or something. do NOT attempt to use this to contour as it brings light; does not recede light. I could also see this looking beautiful swept on the collarbone; lightly on the decolletage... as an eyeshadow, it is also wonderful. long lasting crease-free color. apply w/ eyeshadow brush and you're set; the color gets CONCENTRATED. use the bronze/brown shades then the white stripe w/ your finger on the browbone.

Good highlighter for deeper skin

Quick Take: soft shimmer, versatile
I have medium-deep olive skin. I swirl my powder brush across all of the colors. When I apply this on my cheekbones and down the middle of my face, it's like I have a spotlight on those features. It brings them forward nicely. If you don't overdo it, this can look quite natural.
I've also used the colors individually as eyeshadows. They work well and the colors are very pretty. I especially like the colors in the center as eyeshadows.

This is a pretty highlighter with a very fine shimmer, but at my middle age, I am quite limited as to how I can use this. I would have appreciated this product when I had no worries about textural irregularities :) I do love many Bobbi Brown products including e/s, e/l, lipsticks and foundations!

A great way to take your pallor from pasty to healthy! I swear people have been complimenting me on how tan I look (I am a little tan from the summer, but I think the Shimmer Brick has made my overall appearance look better) It is a bit pricey, but I have a feeling it will last me awhile.
