It smudged under my eyes. By mid-morning I looked like a raccoon. In addition it was difficult to remove and I had to rub the delicate skin under my eyes to get it off even with a makeup remover. Not impressed and will NEVER buy again.

Too light and no curl offered

I received this mascara with a Bobbi Brown mail order. I just tried it today for the first time. If you want volumizing or thickening, go for something else. This goes on very lightly and does not plump the lashes a bit. Also, because my lashes are straight, I always need to use a curler before the mascara, and some mascaras enhance the curl while others take the curl out, which this did. My lashes went immediately straight again, so I'm glad I used it on a practice day. For me, I will stick with definite curling and volumizing formulas to plump out my lashes, but for those who want a light coating and no curl needed, this will work.

Quick Take: volumizing, defining, lengthening
Believe the description- it's a perfect everyday look. Lengthens and adds a bit of volume, but perfect for a daytime eye. I use this when I want a simple, "pretty" daytime look rather than Va-Va-Voom eyes. It's a staple in my mascara rotation and the one I reach for in an office environment the most.

I don't think I will ever buy another mascara. I got this a week ago as a 100 point perk and I wasn't even really excited about it at first. I also got the Benefit They're Real and was convinced that would be better. I tried both and instantly fell in love with Bobbi Brown Everything Mascara it separates your lashes lash by lash without losing volume. I also got YSL Babydoll a higher end product and it just did not compare. If you like lash by lash but still volume and length this is definitely for you.

Great everyday, natural mascara

I have sensitive, watery eyes, and most mascaras run or flake on me. My lashes are decent on their own, but I do like a little extra definition, darkening, and length. This mascara gives me that - perfect for everyday wear. It's not special occasion mascara, but for me it almost beats my beloved tubing mascaras, except I do need to use an oil-based remover to get it cleanly off. But it doesn't flake or smudge throughout the day, so that's ok with me. The only complaint I have is if I itch or touch my eyes at all, I have to be gentle to not budge the mascara. It will rub off a bit if I fuss with my lashes, but that's really my only complaint. Under normal wear, it's great! Love the brush too. Great mascara.

My New 'Must Have' Mascara!

Everything Mascara adds definition to my lashes while giving a very natural look. This formula is great, it goes on smoothly, and my lashes don't have that 'weighed down' feel.
I have dry eyes, and I'm usually sensitive to eye makeup. But Everything Mascara doesn't irritate my eyes at all. Plus I use eye drops through out the day, and my mascara doesn't smear! Stays in place! Plus, it's easy to remove, because it's not waterproof. Another benefit for those with sensitive eyes!
This mascara is good if you want a natural appearance. It adds a hint of volume/length. But if you are looking for "mega" volume, or more of a 'false' eyelash look, then you need to search for a different brand.
I should also mention that I purchased this through Bobbi Brown's website. Sephora has been out of stock for awhile.

I have tried al million different mascaras and they all made up my lashes clumpy and look fake. This is the only mascara, that defines my eyelashes but still makes them look natural.

I was happy to try this mascara, hoping it would be a new favorite. It goes on well - no clumping, nice definition. I wouldn't say that it noticeably lengthens. It gives a pretty, natural look to eyes. However - removing it was awful...and I always use a great eyemakeup remover which takes all other mascaras off easily. Glad to try the sample - won't be purchasing!

This mascara is amazing - no clumping, no fake looking lashes. Just beautiful, darkened lashes that can be built up but still looks natural. No dreadful spikes in the brush either!

Love this mascara! I tend to avoid mascara purchases outside of drugstores because it rarely is worth the extra money in my experience. However, after receiving a deluxe sample of this from Sephora I had to change my ways! This mascara manages to add both the volume and drama of falsies but at the same time remain subtle due to no clumping, a natural shade, and smooth application. I definitely noticed a difference in my lashes despite them being naturally long already. Would totally recommend this to someone who wants a defined, sophisticated eye look!

It didn't hold a curl. It smudged under my eyes... partly because it didn't hold a curl. I just hated it.
Though, I'll admit, it did separate my lashes.... but I just have so few, that any mascara can do that for me.

I got this mascara as a deluxe sample with an order. I wasn't crazy about it. I've been searching for that awesome mascara that will wow me so I was happy to be able to try this without having to buy a whole tube. I think it does a good job defining and separating the lashes but it definitely didn't thicken them like I wanted... and I even tried applying multiple coats but it didn't seem to add more mascara. Some people may like this as an everyday mascara if you have full lashes and don't want your lashes to look dramatic... but it wasn't for me.

I have been using this for the past week. I put on two or three coats and my eyelashes look okay throughout the day, but nothing special. I don't feel like this curls, lengthens or really does anything but add a tad bit of black color to my lashes. At the end of the day when I wash my mascara off I'm used to lots of black mascara coming off on my cotton pad and barely anything comes off with this product. This leads me to believe that either I need a ton of coats, which I don't have the time to do in the morning, or that this mascara goes on so light and fades throughout the day I might as well not be wearing anything. I don't see anything special about this mascara and won't be repurchasing.

I love this mascara for everyday use. It's very natural looking, but gives definition, length and is not too dark. It is also great for people with sensitive eyes (I have had issues in the past w/ other name-brand mascaras burning my eyes after a few hours of wear)
I have gotten many compliments on this mascara& can't wait to buy it again-once it's back in stock!!
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a natural look :)

I'll be honest: I hate mascara. At least, I've hated every mascara I've ever tried. I'm a very no-makeup makeup kind of gal, and for years mascara - with all its clumping, smearing, spider-web creating madness - has been my nemesis.
Not this stuff. Goes on smooth, defines lashes without clumping, doesn't smear or smudge at all. It just looks like my lashes, except much, much better. Definitely buying a full size when my sample runs out.

I have tried Dior, Lancome, Clinique and pretty much all the drug store brands as well. Nothing compares to this mascara. If you like your mascara to be light and weightless. Free of clumps and smudging. This is your mascara. I adore it. I use it every day and it never disappoints. It feels like nothing is on but makes my eyes look even more amazing. I love this mascara.
