It is a beautiful palette and the shadows are deeply pigmented, yet it is very easy to apply and blend. My only quibble is that the browns are cooler than I expected, with slightly purple undertones, and aren't the most complementary for my red-headed complexion.

Quick Take: good value
This palette is absolutely stunning. The colors are natural looking, highly pigmented and last all day. The case is not all plastic, has good weight to it and is beautiful. The price may make you hesitate, but think about how much you spend on individual shadows. This is excellence.

Quick Take: portable, good value
This palette is magnificent. The shadows are of an incredible quality- richly pigmented, silken texture, long-wearing, easy to blend, smooth application, and beautiful, flattering colors. A wide variety of looks are available with these colors. Compact enough to tuck into a small cosmetics bag, and while it is a bit heavier than most palettes, it's still very portable without too much extra weight. The case itself is absolutely beautiful, but the real star here is the product contained within. This is an excellent value- worth every penny.

Quick Take: portable, good value
I love this eye palette. The colors are deeply pigmented and go on just like they looking in the pots. I have been able to do a natural day look as well as a sultry day look not to mention some smoldering night eyes. The powers are soft and glide on effortlessly. I swear it takes such a little bit to put great color on my eye, I bet this will last me years! I have been a fan of Guerlain blush and eye shadows for many years. This is a beautiful palette.

Quick Take: versatile
There is no question about it. This palette is pricey. Here is what makes this six color palette so worth it. You can probably replace many neutral toned eyeshadows with this one palette and still have the variety of textures to make several beautiful looks for your eyes. The colors are all incredibly smooth and easy to blend. The pigmentation is not incredibly strong, but can be layered and built up to intensity. The liner shade is very deep and easy to smudge up or to keep as a fine line. The versatility of this palette means that you can easily create a beautiful neutral eye and also can create a deep smoky eye or anything in between. The shimmery pink in the middle is an excellent highlighter.
I recently packed this on a 2 week trip along with several other eyeshadows and this is only one I used. Of course the case is heavy and sturdy. The mirror is huge and very useful. The small dual end brush is pretty handy for application and eye lining, but not amazing.
Highly recommend this beautiful and luxurious product.

I have purchased the Rue de Passy color palette. if you have ivory/fair complexion, you will like this palette. It may be a little expensive for eyeshadow but it will last a long time.

Perfect for hazel eyes

I am so in love with this product. The colors are wonderful and make my hazel eyes pop. I prefer a natural look and this provides it - just 1000% better. The price is high, but the case is beyond beautiful and will last for a while. Very pleased with this purchase.

This is great case, beautiful keepsake. The colors are gorgeous, but they're not highly pigmented like UD. They're very classy, professional and stay all day. They're perfect for layering for a day to evening look. I had a problem with the product dragging across my lids and application took longer to build the looks I was going for.

Quick Take: great colors
This is a great palette. The color combination works wonderfuly, the colors range from plum to beige with good taupe undertones in all, except the eyeliner color. Since I am asian I find it difficult to find colors which do not look too light on my eyes, these were saturated without being overly dark. Easy to transition from day to night. High quality powders, sit very light on the skin, easily built up color. Not a great value product, since it is so expensive, but worth it if you are bad at picking matching colors, like me.

I have green eyes and this palette made them look great!
The case is gorgeous and lux, love the large mirror. I use professional brushes, but the small brushes are fine for a touch up.
