My go-to is usually Chapstick because regular lipstick dries out my lips too much - this lipstick is long-lasting, comes in numerous wearable shades and never, EVER dries my lips out.

Quick Take: creamy, moisturizing
The formula is great; I like YSL's rouge volupte because its so moisturizing but it is a little on the slippery side, so I decided to check out pur couture and I really love the formula. Still moisturizing, but not as much slip.
Rose stiletto is a really pretty, very classic color, but I don't know that I love it on my complexion.

Long lasting, beautiful wearable color

So I have long been on the quest for the perfect red lipstick - how does Gwen Stefani and Taylor Swift make it look so easy? I heard that this lipstick goes on and stays on - I swatched all the colors in the store and was psyched to say for my medium skin tone this is the PERFECT red. Not too bright, smooth to go on, and STAYS ON. Very expensive for a lipstick - I mean I never paid this before -- but if I added up all the red lipsticks I previously purchased looking for "the one" .... I adore and cherish this lipstick. Its super fancy packaging makes sure it doesnt get damaged like other lipsticks.... I LOVE THIS. Truly amazing product.

My new holy grail lipstick. I got the number 23 Coral Poetique. t's incredibly creamy. the Coral is the perfect shade for bridal make up! Not to mention everyday pop of color. the packaging is also so divine. so Hime-like

YSL knows lipstick.............such a beautiful formulation.........I have 3 of them so far..............I love to wear these lipsticks during the day because they have an SPF of 15..........which is very important to me...........I want to keep my lips young looking.......
I find I have to reapply every 2 hours which is okay for me because your supposed to reapply sunscreen every two hours anyways in order for it to be effective............

I am a lipstick junkie and thought I had every shade imaginable. This color is very unique and would probably look great with any skin tone. Raspberry red is a good description but more subtle. It has a satin finish AND is very long- lasting. Additionally it has an SPF of 15. This is one of the best lipsticks that I've ever used. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for the perfect lipstick, well here it is. YSL is a must have because it is long lasing, moisturizing, smooth appearance. The colors are beautiful and it is definitely worth the price.

Beautiful color for a night out

#13 is a beautiful color for night's out especially for spring and summer. I dock a star because for being a $34 lipstick, it does not last very long and travels away from the lips even with lip liner and not eating. Still I really love it because it just completes my makeup look so well!

When it comes to lipsticks, luxurious brands are my guilty pleasure and Yves Saint Laurent is no disappointment whatsoever! I've purchased Le Orange two years ago, and I've been a stickler with it ever since. Not that I wear lipstick everyday, barely. When it's a night out, this lipstick never fails to ladle me with endless compliments throughout the evening. It's creamy and doesn't bleed. Stays put, and I barely find myself reapplying either. It's great for the price if it does all of the above.

This is one of the prettiest, bold colors I have found in a while. I love oranges, corals and reds and the Le Orange was so fun! Also this lipstick feels great. Not too dry and not too glossy. It was also the first lipstick I have owned that smelled good and the scent lasted. The only negative was that it feathered and bled quite a bit, however that could have been the liner I had used and I don't use lip primer. But DO NOT wear this without prepping your lips!

Fun Color

I picked this up on a whim and will probably only wear it once in awhile, but I really like it. It's the signature orange color that is a nice alternative to standard red. A little goes a long way because it is highly pigmented. Medium shine and very smooth application. I usually use Origins, Korres (mango butter based ones), or Chanel and I would consider buying another YSL lipstick.
