My lashes definitely look longer, not really thicker, but this mascara works well with even three coats. So far it hasn't flaked or melted down my face. I love the panther head on the tube! It makes putting make up on just a little fun.

OMG! Who ever developed this formula and decided to pair it with this brush is GENIUS!!! It coats all your lashes and it's a super dark mascara. It's super buildable. I love to build and build, and it builds with out making lashes too thick or clumping! It's more length than thickness. I found me a new mascara!!!

I've tried many mascaras, but it is hard to find one that both lengthens and builds volume. This definitely does both. It is easy to layer, so I can either use a little or a lot for a super dramatic night-on-the-town look. It makes my eyelashes look longer than I have ever seen them, after trying a sample I had to have this. Now if only it came in waterproof...

I'm blessed with long dark lashes that even as I approach late 40s they are still thick. For me, it's always been the quest to find the best brush. THIS IS IT! Finally!
The brush separates each lash and coats them perfectly extending the length dramatically. I am also pleased with the mascara as it's leave a nice shine on each lash. Many mascaras seems to ...disappear into thin air by mid day on me. Not this one. It looks freshly applied even after 12 hours.
I didn't even realize it had a comb and brush on the applicator until I read about it! When applying I don't focus on which part to use, I just apply, frequently turning the brush.
This is such a wonderful mascara for my eyelash type that at a recent event a friend of mine asked how I applied "those false lashes" because they look so darn real...... now THAT is a darn good mascara!

I got a sample size and had to buy the full size. I LOVE the brush more than just about any other I've tried. I like the definition I get and it doesn't smudge, which is a rarity. It's now a toss up between this and Buxom lash as to which will be my new go to mascara.

I have a sample size of this and it's so great! It's the only mascara I've ever found that I can coat my lower lashes with. The brush is great. No clumps. WHY ISN'T IT IN STOCK!?? I NEED THE FULL SIZE!!!

I have the deluxe sample size and LOVE this mascara. It is very dramatic - both lengthening and thickening. But too much for every day use, but perfect for night-time or days when pictures are being taken.

I have endless problems with mascara--flakes off right away, makes dark rings under my eyes, flakes off for days, doesn't come off with remover, smears, itches! I'm allergic and chemically sensitive and had pretty much given up on mascara when someone recommended this. Doesn't itch, doesn't flake, doesn't smear easily, comes off cleanly. Buy it! Have recommended to friends.

Quick Take: very black
the brush is great it really seperates and comes lashes. the color is very black and the formulas is not too thick or thin. The problem is that it gives me spider lashes. I have small lashes and have to do 3 coats to get some good length and volume and by this time it just gets too spidery and looks over done like cheap drugstore mascara :( for me it works best with another mascara for first two coats and then this one after to brush the lash out. I like the Laura Mercier full blown lashes alot better. I would not buy panthera again.

Quick Take: volumizing
I have been skating from mascara to mascara the past couple of years because of the discontinuation of Lancome's Fatale. I consider Lancome Mascaras to be very dependable. But Fatale's 3 sided comb was really unique and perfect. I think everyone's lashes need something different, but if you are like me, you don't need a quick easy application, you like to take your time to sculpt the application, and you like a bold, defined, and dramatic look, then hopefully my experience with Panthera will be of value.
The brush is pretty good, though I like a decent amount of product to load on, and this brush really doesn't supply it. I love the idea of the comb, but once you maneuver and turn it toward your lashes, it's hard to guage if the comb is landing on your lashes or if the brush bristles are landing. You have to get a feel for it.The color is nice and deep, but if you like to build and aren't in a rush applying (I take 5 mins or more sometimes applying mascara), it will dry too fast and become unworkable.
And in the end, it still doesn't allow me to execute as bold of a look as I would like. Lorac's Visual Effects is my current favorite(3-sided comb, nice loading, great formula-defintely for slow mascara appliers), though I have noticed that not all Sephoras carry Lorac and I am worried that yet another discontinue will happen...
This is not THE ONE (for me), but it really could be for you lovely ladies who just have different criteria...

This is by far the best mascara I have used as far as definition and length goes. The brush is super funky, with a built in comb that runs the length of the brush on one side. I use the shorter ones until the very end, then I run the longer comb through and wiggle it all the way up and BAM! Ultra lashes! It lengthens and defines, adds some curl if you can twist it right. I love the package, the little panther at the end is cute. I received the Ultra Flesh panthera gold standard mascara in the new 2011 Glitz and Glamour gift box, but right after I fell in love with it, I found out it was discontinued! So I gave this a try and it's still true love! For super bold lashes though, I use Bad Gal Lash, to get the volume and thickness, then right before it is completely dry, I use this and just love how my eyes look!

I really love this mascara. It is super lengthening! It is not clumpy or sticky and my lashes don't feel hard and brittle. The color is really dark and defining. The brush is great. One side is a comb, so you can apply with the brushier side and then comb, or apply with the comb for really long, spiky lashes. It doesn't flake and comes off easily with soap and water. And the packaging is so cute! I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because if my eyes water or if I reapply eye cream during the day it will smudge. I don't like waterproof mascara, so I'm stuck with this.

This is by far the best mascara I have ever used! I've been using it for about 6 months and it only gets better with age. No flaking and easy to wash off. I have gotten more compliments on my lashes in the past 6 months than I can even count. Buy it!
