Excellent way to try new products

Quick Take: perfect
I love them! I knew I wanted to try these brands but didn't wanted to get the full size (closest sephora store is a couple hours away). I heard good reviews about this little kit and that was all I needed! The only thing that I was dissapointed was the Tarte clay eyeliner came out open and completely dry. Other than that, I am loving these :)

Quick Take: good value, fun
I read a lot of reviews that said the samples weren't a good value for price paid, but I think the exact opposite. I've been working on the different liners for almost six months now, one by one, and haven't been upset about the value. It's a great way to try different looks and nice to have a few to throw in my travel bag.

The only good pencil liner in this is the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Zero.
Hourglass Calligraphy Liquid Eye Liner in Ebony and Tarte EmphasEYES Waterproof Clay ShadowLiner in Black are also good. These three products were long lasting and came out well for me.

The rest..I could do without. I found the eyeliner brush awkward. The pencil liners are all tiny.

Quick Take: good value, travel-friendly
The set is worthwhile because of the Hourglass liner. That liner alone is 32 dollars. So for 4 dollars more you get 6 extra pieces. The 3 mini liners are good....your typical well made gel liners. The Tarte pot is cute but I still have to find the best application technique. I have the emphaseyes by Tarte already...not a fan of it (breaks easily) but whatever...it came in the set. I have not used the jumbo grey liner yet. The eyeliner brush is beneficial but if you waterline then it has to be at the perfect angle. The Hourglass is smooth very smooth....it makes the entire collection....all in all very happy to have it and the mini sizes make it absolutely wonderful for travel or to stash in a full make-up bag.

Quick Take: good value
I'm an eyeliner junkie and use it every day so I was really excited to buy this product and was even more excited when I recieved it! Every product was good, my favorite was the tarte cream eyeliner pot with smashbox brush, it was easy to use and looked great! I really wasn't a fan of the tarte emphasize liner though, it is for inner rim but doesn't come off as dark as I'd like.

I first picked this kit up for my 16 yr old niece for Christmas,while still walking around the mall,I kept thinking about it,so decided to get myself one,I'm glad I did,we both love it,all the products are awesome,they stay on,I especially like the jar of Tart and the Calligraphy,this is a must have.

I purchased this as a birthday present for my little sister who is in love with the "cat-eye" look. She loved it! It has plenty of different eyeliners for different occasions and was definitely a good price for a great product.

Quick Take: good value
I love using this kit. The brush is fantastic, and does an amazing job creating smooth, even lines. The selection is great, and gives the opportunity to trial run different formulations to see what works best for the individual. I do have to say, I am in love with the Sephora grey pencil, included in the kit. It really brings out my green-blue eyes!

I GUESS IT WAS A GREAT ALL IN ONE TO TRY OUT. I HAVE NOT TRIED OUT THE LIQUID LINERS YET, BUT I DO NOT LIKE ANY OF THE PENCIL LINERS. THEY SMUDGE AND RUB OFF EASILY! I STILL HAVE NOT FOUND A GREAT PENCIL LINER.

Quick Take: nice choice of products for the kit
I just happen to notice this box on my way to the purchase line and picked it up. I was excited to see Tarte's amazonian liner shadow and thought it would be a good way to try it. All of the products are awesome! Plus, you get 100 bonus V.I.B. points, if you buy a full size of one of the products in the box. My favorite piece is the full size eyeliner brush by smashbox. I had wanted one like this, but didnt want to spend the $ on just the one brush. My fave product is Tarte's clay liner, so I thought I'd buy the full size. But, I've read the reviews and have seen too many negatives about how it dries up. So, for now, I'll use my sample size, which will work out, since I wont waste so much products if it does dry. So far, so good. Now, I'm trying to decide which one of the full sizes I want to buy. Maybe, the inner rim liner, hmmm.

Love this set! Allowed me to try all these eyeliners from all the great brands in cosmetics. Right now, I'm stuck on the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On. In my opinion, one of the best eyeliner pencils out there! Can't wait to get the full size version. And the Smashbox Eyeliner Brush is a great bonus.

Great way to try new products. I only complaint I have is that the Tarte Eye liner Pencil was dried up, and I had to throw it out. I called Sephora and they were kind enough to refund the cost of the price of the pencel, since the liner kit was out of stock. I do wish they had other colors then just black in the kit.
