Though it did reduce sensitivity, I saw absolutely no additional whitening when using this combined with my whitening strips. If your teeth are usually super sensitive to whitening products, get this to reduce sensitivity, but this did not get my teeth any whiter than just a stand-alone whitening product would!

too much work for the minor results. granted it does not make teeth more sensitive but for this kind of money it needs to be a high performer.
blotted teeth and applied , put gauze under tonge ... just not seeing the rave of this product,, it takes alot of work and patience.

wish it told me whether or not you could swallow the stuff, have to keep it in, and to spit out.

Effective, but hard to use

Quick Take: effevtive
This is very effective. It really works great as pre-whitening. I used this and whitening for 4 days and my teeth were at least whiter by 2-3 tones.
But it is very hard to keep my teeth dry as it says... I put cotton balls in my mouth. This helped a lot.

I bought these at the advice of the GoSmile rep in the store. She explained in order to get the "Barbie" white teeth I want, I should use this before the ampules. The instructions said to blot teeth dry. Fine. I blotted my teeth, but while I was applying the primer to my top teeth, my bottom lip got all drooly...it was a bit of a hassle to use, but they did work.
