Quick Take: waterproof, long wearing
I have very light, sensitive eyes that water nearly constantly and therefore my makeup likes to run off my eyes immediately. This has GREAT staying power, and Havoc's reddish tone looks great with my blue eyes. My only problem is I very much prefer brushes in liners as opposed to felt tips, if this had a different brush it would be better than 5 stars.

excellent eyeliner
-02.20.13
Quick Take: dramatic, understated, easy to apply, stunning, long wearing, easy to remove
I have this in Havoc, which is a deep dark aubergine. The color is genius because it almost looks like it could be just a brown or a black until you look closely and it is distinctly red. It's just not showy about it. It's a deep, dark red, not flashy, just dramatic. The formula is thin, yet opaque, and you get good coverage with one pass. The brush is one of those fine point flocked foam tips.. this combined with the thinness of the formula allows for very neat and careful lines, both wide and thin. Because of the consistency of the product, this is one of the easiest to apply liquid eyeliners I've ever had. When I wear it, it wears all day. If I rub my eyes, it will peel off in flakes, but it doesn't seem to flake on its own. It removes easily with my Neutrogena eye makeup remover, and I suspect, most other decent removers. For the price, you really don't get much product, however, that is not unexpected for Illamasqua... and the awesomeness of the formula and the fact that you really won't find this color elsewhere makes up for that. Well worth the $$$!

Glister
-01.18.13
Quick Take: waterproof, long wearing
Swatches on the hand, it shows as an opal-purple with pink shimmers. But when I put it on my eyes, it shows as a pinky nude with just slight purple opal shimmer. Doesn't stand out and pop. Has a subtle look, which I like. Basically it provides a whisper of shimmer and brightens up the eye on my medium skin. I had two thin layers on, didn't have issues with flaking.

Love the applicator!
-01.04.13
Quick Take: long lasting
I first saw this on a mizzchievious video but it was the all gold color. That's what I thought I was ordering but when it arrived it was the antique gold. I still like it. It's more wearable than the all gold color. It stays put and doesn't come off. I noticed that you can't buy the all gold color on Sephora, only at illamasqua.com. If you are looking for a long lasting, smudge proof, water resistant liquid liner, this is the one! The only draw back is the price.

Not what I was expecting
-11.07.12
Quick Take: thin
The formula is average, and while the dull gold is pretty, it's not what I was looking for. If the formula weren't so thin, I'd give it 4 stars.

Great Anti-Liner
-08.25.12
Quick Take: waterproof, long wearing, perfect white
I adore the Precision Ink in Scribe, it is by far the best white liner I've ever tried. It's perfect for brightening up the inner corners or using with other liner shades for different effects. My only problem when wearing it with other liquid liners is that you can only do so many layers before it starts to peel off, which is predictable. But otherwise its lasting power is fantastic.

Awesome, but worth the price?
-07.06.12
Quick Take: long wearing, unique, precise
I'll start by saying that without judging the price, I love this liner. I bought Glister (which is terribly represented by the swatch on here, it's a fair/pink skintone-ish color with glitter) It goes on precisely (weird, right?) and I do not have trouble with flaking like others. Do I think it's worth the price tag? I do think Glister is because it's so odd and I was happy to pay for such a unique product. I wouldn't buy this particular brand in the standard black, though, no way.

i like the brush ....
-03.16.12
but that's about it. Another reviewer made the same comment. This liner takes a LONG time to dry. Then it flakes off during the day. I tried the black shade, and the color is intense, but the other wrongs outweigh the rights.

Glister and Havoc
-02.03.12
I am very disappointed in this eyeliner. It is not long wearing, 6 hours max on me before it flakes off. For the price, I would expect it to be much longer lasting - can't even wear it to work.
The color glister appears as pink when I wear it. Havoc is a nice color but has more blue in it than my computer monitor shows.
I like the brush, just not the eyeliner.

Quick Take: waterproof, long wearing
I absolutely LOVE this eyeliner. The formula is long-wearing, but comes off relatively easy with minimal effort. The color is just amazing. It's a dark purpley brown that should be flattering on everyone. For those days when black is just too harsh, and brown is just too "blah", this eyeliner fits the bill.
My only problem was the packaging. It shattered one day when screwing the applicator back in. Needless to say it went back and I'll repurchase eventually. It would be nice if more Sephora stores carried Illamasqua in stock. It's a fantastic and unusual brand.

Illamasqua
-12.06.11
Quick Take: long wearing
I like the color of the eye liner, but I wish the brush tip was smaller/thinner. It put on a little too heavy for my liking. The eyeliner lasts all day and doesn't smudge which I love, but I ended up returning this because I wasn't super satisfied.

Love
-11.26.11
Quick Take: waterproof, long wearing
I was on the fence for a while about this eyeliner. It's very expensive for a liquid liner and because Illamasqua is based in the UK, I can't just stroll in to my local Sephora and try it out.
During the sale I bit the bullet and have not regretted it. The color is a perfect alternative to the harshness of black liquid liner and it lasts beautifully without fading, peeling, or flaking. When it's time to wash it off, I find it comes off a million times easier than MUFE Aquailners. If you love liquid liner and want an alternative to black but don't care for brown, definitely pick this up!

Love this!
-11.20.11
Quick Take: waterproof, long wearing
This would be considered my "holy grail". I've tried many products high end and drug store and every single one has smudges after several minutes of wear. I've heard of Illamasqua from a fashion blog and decided to try it after seeing a video review. This stays on like it says it does! It is very waterproof and that's what I love about it, doesn't smudge and it's not hard to put on. I stopped using this type of liquid eyeliner before because I found more control with a gel based. With the Precision Ink, I don't have to worry about it smudging on my lids and it stays on all day!
Only problem, with my mistake, if you don't completely take off your makeup you'll be left with black dots on your face. That's if you tend to rub your eyes in your sleep.
Overall, I absolutely love this product and would definitely recommend this to anyone that has a problem their eyeliner staying on.

Quick Take: smudgable, waterproof, long wearing
I received this in Havoc (which is a beautiful reddish brown color) and I absolutely loved it. Excellent staying power, the color is incredible, and I really really like this applicator. It gives you just the right amount of ink without it dripping or running everywhere. I immediately ordered this in Abyss (the dark black color) and will be replacing my UD 24/7 liquid liner.

I love the color... hate the applicator. I have to use a separate brush to get the liner precisely where I want it. Lack of stars is due to sub-standard applicator.

Havoc
-10.01.11
I'm on the fence with this color...it's a red brown on my skin and isn't as dramatic as straight up black. The brush is amazing - creates thin or thick lines with ease. I prefer this brush/wand better than Urban Decays liquid liner. I wish this item wasn't $27 as I would buy in multiple colors.
