Quick Take: sparkly
I love the color of this eyeliner. It goes on with bright pigment. It blends very well to use alone or with eyeshadow. My one complaint (and why I didn't give 5 out of stars) is that the glitter is a little rough on my eyelid. Not enough to cause redness, but it doesn't feel smooth going on. Also, the glitter does stick around for awhile even after washing unless you're very thorough with makeup remover.

Quick Take: sparkly, pretty
I bought this because it was small, cute, and PURPLE! When it finally arrived in the mail I ran into the bathroom to try it on. It doesn't show up on the bottom part of your eye. It looks like you put sparkle dust on your face. On the top part of your eyelid it's a very light purple shade. I like it, and use it as often as I can. I just wish it was darker.

Quick Take: work buying black eyeliner for $5.00
I loved this eyeliner in black color shade. Looks nice and easy to apply. Nice little sparkles in between the line.So it looks nice.not too much sparkly to wear everyday .
I also ordered in purple shade=and NOT THE SAME AS BLACK. I didn't like it. Doesn't glide as easily as black one.

I'm kinda new to makeup (and no... not a kid, I wish I was...) and have been looking for a good eyeliner that's easier to apply. I tried some pencils and some liquid ones, but no luck. I had to press really hard to get the pencil ones to get on, and the liquid ones just smear like crazy, but this one goes on with a light touch, and I didn't have problems like the others with the glitter being in chunks. In fact, the glitter actually got on nice and evenly (I did get a lot on my lashes though)!! :D

These little eyeliners are just so fun! It is easy to put on, you can customize your own look to make it thicker or thinner. And it glitters, which at first I was a little skeptical about but honestly I am a big fan of this eyeliner now. I get compliments when I wear it, and at the sale price I got them for, it is very worth it! I bought 2.. the telephone silver and the purple. I may be buying some more later :x

I'm loving this eyeliner. It's soft and easy to put on, but it doesn't smear and stays on all day. It lasts for a long time. And sparkles give it even better kick. Every time I wear it I'm getting compliments. I still sharpen it for a thin line, I don't like it too bold. I ordered it once because it was on sale and I though, for that price, why not. Now, it's my eyeliner #1. Ordered 3 more. :)

I redeemed my points to get this. I love purple and it looked cute. Its really pointless and I would have hated to spend money on it. There's virtually no pigment and just huge chunks of glitter. If you are shopping for a 10 year old girl, this might be fine.

Cute, but does not last for even an hour. I found it to be difficult to apply. Huge chunks of glitter, which hurt a little bit going on and then fell right off. Love the color on though!Wish it had staying power.

This liner looks beautiful, but it doesn't seem to have much pigment. I love high pigment and this just doesn't have it. Too bad too because there is soo much glitter. This is a good eyeliner to use underneath a better one to at least get the glitter effect.

This eyeliner mostly, honestly, appealed to me for the price. I never understood why anyone over the age of 12 would ever buy Hello Kitty stuff, but for the price, I figured I could take a chance. It worked for me, because I ended up with a smooth glitter eyeliner that provides good coverage! I do notice the grit of the glitter a tiny bit, but it doesn't hurt my delicate eyelids, and I expect that with any glitter product. Though not quite five-star material, this product is solid, and I may even buy another color soon.

The quality is lesser than I expected. The formula is coarse, dry, & not really easy to apply. The Grape Soda purple color isn't as vibrant as in the photo. It's a lot darker. It has glitter in it & hello kitty on it tho, so, I love it tho! LOL ^_^

I ordered this in Dark Brown. I can say it's alright because there is really nothing special about it. It's glittery but not too glittery when you apply on. This is only 5 bucks!

These are the worst pencils - I bought them in two colors and neither of them works well. They are the driest pencils I've ever used. The sparkle is nice once you get the pencil to actually draw a line but I was having to press too hard so will toss both pencils. It's too bad - their description made them out to be better than they actually were.

This eyeliner is pretty and sparkly, but the color is too pale. i got it in Grape soda and expected it to be bright, instead it is a pale purpke color.. The pencil is also too hard, so you really have to push on it to get the line and draw several times for color to appear. Nice sparkles though.
