I have rosacea, my skin is very blotchy and this powder was very translucent to me. it didn't cover up good at all. I am pretty disappointed considering the price for this powder. I dont recommend this.

This powder did absolutely nothing at all that I can see. It did not cover, hide or minimize any redness at all. It also did nothing for broken capillaries. I took the plastic off and used the brush and tried it several times, so I guess it's too late to return. I have never returned anything from Sephora and am usually very happy with what I buy.

Quick Take: light-weight
This product minimizes redness to a degree. It takes several applications to actually provide the coverage I want. You have to take care to blend well, or it shows. The compact it comes in is visually appealing, and the brush works well.

my favorite touch up powder

Quick Take: non-drying, redness-minimizing, shine-reducing, convenient and easy to use
This product is one that I keep on me at all times. Not only for the convenience of the compact that you can see yourself in without opening the compact and the brush inside, but because it really does help w/ redness and shine.
I don't have rosacea/ not super-prone to redness, but I do have some pink in my skin and surface redness that becomes more noticeable after my lunchtime walk/ exposure to the elements. A quick swipe of this (especially on my nose and cheeks) and I am flawless again. Love this, my favorite Clinique product.

Quick Take: not creamy enough, has potential, better applied with fingertips
I think that this mineral powder should come with a sponge opposed to a brush because it doesn't seem to blend in very well with my skin tone and I'm super pale. It just sort of sits there like a dense powder even when I add foundation primer.

One of my favorite products

While I don't really like the other items from the Clinique Redness Solutions line, I adore this powder. I had tried so many products to help out with facial redness - my bathroom looked like a makeup store. Now I use this in conjunction with a green based primer and am happy to say that I finally have my redness under control. Foundations with a yellow undertone just don't seem to work as well as this powder does.
It's non-irritating to my skin, applies well and evenly, and the changes in redness are immediate. Even the included brush is great; that's something that many products skimp on. I've been using this powder for several years, and will continue to do so for many more.

Wonderful yellow powder

Quick Take: color correcting
This is an AMAZING powder, for its intended purpose. It's not a concealer, or setting powder. It's just meant to reduce overall redness, which it does beautifully. I have very yellow skin and all foundations look too pink on me, so I pat this on top of my MAC SFF and voila, my neck/chest/face all match! And it does a bang up job of toning down the rosacea redness which peeks thru my foundation. What it does not do is control oil, but its still the best color correcting powder ever!

Quick Take: sheer
I really wanted to love this powder, but I'm disappointed. I only have one red spot on my face that has been driving me crazy and I was hoping this powder would hide it, but it doesn't. I apply this over my foundation (on the red spot), and it takes so much of it that I end up having a yellow spot on my cheekbone. Maybe I'll try the loose powder alternative (also from Clinique).

Quick Take: calming
My skin is reactive and blemish-prone, and this powder calms my skin quite well. I use it as concealer over blemishes, and around my under eye dark circles, as well as an all-over application. The compact is easy to open and handle, and the included brush is an appropriate size.
