I came across this product while wandering through the store and started reading about some of the products. This one sounded interesting as I am kind of obsessed with having silky, shiny hair that is easy to run my fingers through. I got a sample of this and was super excited to try it out. I put it on and at first thought "oh man this is making my hair super greasy feeling" but as it states within minutes my hair was back to looking like it had no product on it and when i ran my fingers through it I could not feel any residue. I was VERY pleased with this since it is a nice feature especially if you share a bed with someone. Even after putting it on my hair felt a bit silkier, but I assumed it may have just been my mind playing tricks on me. In the morning I was surprised how easily I was able to brush my hair before getting into the shower. It didn't have the usual tangles from sleeping. After washing my hair I let it air dry and seriously could not stop playing with it. I brushed it while wet and there were NO tangles at all!! After it dried it felt super silky. I actually put some on for the day as well as another person mentioned trying and holy moly am I obsessed. I wore my hair down all day and barely had any tangles and what I did get was easy to get out with my fingers when I ran my hands through my hair. Nothing major at all and WAY less than I am used to with having such fine thin hair (the joys of being a blonde). I am so excited to find a product that helps make the ends of my hair feel as healthy as the roots. I am so glad Sephora carries this product and thankful to Alterna for developing the product because I am hooked!
If you're curious:
I apply it by rubbing it in my hands, then patting my ends between my hands and then twirling the ends to make sure it is all covered. Then i run my hands down the length of my hair and finally smooth my hair back to apply the remnants to the hair close to the roots and to clean my hands off.

Quick Take: easy to use, quick results
I had a keratin treatment done and was told to get a conditioner with keratin in it. I went to Sephora and this was suggested to me, and I love it. The more I use it the softer my hair is.

My hair was in desperate need of an intervention, and I was at the point that I was willing to pay anything to make my hair feel like real hair and not straw. This product does exactly what it says it will. My ends don't look like a mess anymore and my hair is much softer after use. My only complaint is that I have to use a lot of it, but my hair absorbs product so fast with anything, so I suppose people with more normal hair won't have that issue. This was completely worth the money for me and I will buy it again when I run out.

I searched high and low for an overnight leave in conditioner that didnt make my hair Look and feel like aplastered mess. This is lightweight and actually makes my hair look pretty... Nice when you don't sleep alone...and the condition of my fine frazzled hair is improving every day

Non sticky and does the job

I got this serum with the same line shampoo and conditioner --Caviar. This serum is for overnight use but can be used during the day too. This is lightweight, non-sticky and leaves your hair soft and smooth.

I bought this on the recommendation of a Sephora associate and read the reviews before I used it. I really like the ease of use but after applying it, my hair really (to put it bluntly) stinks. I go by the rule, if I don't like the smell I don't use it. This product is too expensive to sit in the cupboard. Ir will be returned

Quick Take: alterna overnight repair creme
I purchased this overnight repair after reading other reviews and was curious as to how it would work on my aging thinning longish hair. I'm 62 and have fine, sort of frizzy hair which can be tamed with heat and a lot of effort, but the effects take a long term toll, so I'm feeling a little desperate to replenish what I'm losing: namely shine and texture. Well, it works! My hair is soft, but not unmanageable, shiny, but not filled with static and I have to say that the blow dryer seems to work my locks better now with the added hair shaft repair. This plus their anti frizz shampoo are the perfect combo for me and my mane!

I just used this last night for the first time & it left my hair dry, poofy & unmanageable in the morning after washing it off. I have very fine medium-length hair. My hair was very hard to comb through .. I don't think I will use it again.

I love this product. I have very fine, blonde high lighted hair. I noticed a difference after the first few times of using the product. My hair was softer and had more shine. It didn't weigh down my hair or make it greasy. I could actually go out the next day without washing my hair. I would definitely recommend this product.

This is simple to use and does amazing things to your hair! My hair was recovering from me taking from black to platinum blond. The ends were breaking and frizzy.
After two weeks of use my hair was soft and I could leave the house without even having to blow dry it and no frizz!

Some are saying it didn't work for them after one use, if you read the directions carefully it states that it's a cumulative effect. Which means you need to use it more than one time to see the results. I also read that some people were getting greasy results, which simply means you were using too much.

Product restores softness and shine to my dull hair. I am blessed with thick hair but it is a challenge to keep the frizzed look away as one ages. I try to use this at least one night a week.

Ok so if you dye your hair and are bad and use heat, comb your hair roughly, and don't get your hair trimmed enough this is the best thing for you! You put it on the ends overnight and wash it out in the morning and those dry brittle ends that are starting to split magically transform to softer hair that doesn't seem as fragile and lies nicer (seems as if it looked more styled without the styling, like my layers showed better) Anyways the only thing is the price is high but you really don't need to apply much and it extends the life of your cut alot.

This stuff rocks! It is the best deep conditioner ever and it is the easiest to use. Just put on dry, dirty hair at night before bed, wake up and wash & go! Doesn't get any easier than this.

I'm a review-writing newbie, but after I got a large sample of this I was inspired to write about it. I slathered this on my hair, which is super dry and went to sleep. I usually shower at night and this was absorbed enough in the morning that I didn't need to rinse it out before work (headband and ponytail worked great). It actually was really soft before rinsing it out. Again, this worked great for me but my hair is borderline brittle. Totally recommend it.

I love to buy all sorts of products for my hair and try new things. I decided to buy this product because I am going to be changing my haircolor soon and wanted to get it prepped, healthy and ready for the service. So I decided on trying this out. I was not all that impressed with this product. It smells aweful!. It is easy to use, but I did find that I had to use alot on my hair and it made it kind of greasy. (Maybe I was using to much, that could be the problem) Anyways I didnt notice to much of a difference in my hair the next day of washing it out and styling it. It is very expensive for the amount you get and it didn't seem to make a diffference in my hair. I wanted to love this product because there are not many out there that you put on your hair at night and wash out. Will not purchase again.
