Quick Take: hydrating
This cream is smooth, non-greasy and smells pleasant. I don't know if it has improved the look of my neck, but I like having a different cream for my neck that is more hydrating. It is very comfortable to wear day or night. I use on my shoulders and arms occasionally as well. I just didn't give it five stars because I'm not sure it's really tightening or any of the other claims it is labeled with.

This is a pretty good product. It tightens sagging bull dog waddle fairly well after about two weeks. It's not greatly improved but it does make a difference in jaw line. You don't have to use a lot and if you do it twice once In the morning and once at night before you turn in-it seems to improve the overall condition without resorting to surgery. It's expensive but probably worth it. Not sticky or flaking.

I bought this cream because I found the skin on my neck has started to be saggy. I have only been using it for a month, but I found not only it helped with tightening the skin on my neck, I also found the lines I have been having on my neck for a couple of years are much less noticeable. This cream is awesome and I have been recommending it to a lot of my friends.

I wasted $90. I purchased this over a month ago and I have not noticed even a slight change on or in the skin of my décolleté area. The smell is unbearable. It reminds me of the old lady with the polyester pant suit that lived next door to my childhood home. This is definitely not something I will ever purchase again. It is the most expensive drugstore quality lotion I have ever purchased!

I had high hopes for this cream since it had full 5 star reviews on Sephora.com.
However, I'm deeply disappointed. This cream has very strong chemical smell and gave me allergies throughout the whole night.
If you have sensitive skin and if you don't like strong smell, I'd say avoid this product.
I'll be shopping for another neck cream.

Ok im 28 and neck and chest cremes are sooooooo important to this age range! I tried this it super-firmed and is so lux! I put it on am and pm (am toped with the spf day creme) Days I dont wear make up I keep this with me and put it on several times a day The neck and chest are a dead give away of your age!

I was so upset when our local Sephora stopped carrying this neck cream. I prefer to buy it there instead of at a counter. This cream works! I was becoming very upset about my neck skin that was getting loose and awful looking. After a month of using this cream, my neck literally went back to the way it was about ten years ago!
I am completely thrilled with this neck cream. I hope Sephora carries it for a long time to come. If you stop using it , however, within a day or two my neck does start to go back.

At 59 years old, I'm the oldest to write a review so far. :) Over the last few years, my neck was beginning to show obvious signs of age. Thankfully, I have not yet developed the proverbial "turkey neck", but the just-starting-to-sag skin was depressing. Since I'm already a Lancome user, I figured I'd give this a try. In less than 1 week, I noticed a BIG difference! After a month of use, any lines I had are far less noticeable, my neck is "lifted", and a more youthful appearance has been restored. Additionally, the cream goes on smoothly, absorbs completely, and smells wonderful! No complaints here... I'll be using Renergie Lift Volumetry Neck for a long, long time.

Due to a recent illness and a rapid weight loss, my neck needed some serious help so I read the reviews on this product and decided to take a chance. I am now purchasing my 2nd jar. This is the 1st time I have ever had such success with a product that I purchased it twice. Within days I could see the results. With continued use, just once per day, the sagging was gone. The creepiness was gone. The deep wrinkles I had are diminished. I can only imagine the results had I used twice per day. Because of these great results, I have decided to purchase the Volumetry Eye Cream, Day Cream and Night Cream. Unfortunately, the Night Cream is out of stock and I hope it comes in soon. I hope I have the same results with the rest of the Volumetry products as I have with the neck cream.

Quick Take: preventative, fine lines prevention & moisture.
My skin is combination dry/oily. I use Renergie Lift daily for my dry areas and not only does it work with healing dryness, it also helps my sensitive red areas. It provides moisture where I need it most. This product is more preventive for fine lines not tightening, but I love it.

My neck wrinkles have been the bane of my existence for the past 10 years or so. Everyone says I look young for my age when I am wearing a scarf. No scarf, no young comments. Well, this cream has changed that. After just a few weeks of using this cream, my neck looks SO much better. This cream is a bit pricey, but at the rate I'm using it (morning and night), I estimate that it will last me about 4 months. So I figure it will cost me about $270 a year - the cost of a couple facials. SO WORTH IT!!! The only downside is that it has an odor to it, not a horrible scent or anything, but I would prefer it to be odorless.
