Love the mask- but, the Sephora worker who was helping me said that it was a HOT MASK, and that you could literally feel the heat.. the problem is, I can't feel ANY heat! Other than that, it is a great mask. It leaves you skin smooth, silky, and soft, clears blemishes, and very refreshing. Good product (:

This mask works great, plus it smells good too!! I love how my face feels really clean and soft once I rinse it off. It also shrinks my pores too. I use it every other night and apply some moisterizer before I go to bed.

OKay I love this product to death and i would give Five stars as a regular face mask ..... but as a hot face mask i would give about 1 star cause it doesn't heat up!!! But honestly I don't really care about that cause it works better than any other face mask have tried and it smells Amazing!!! so i would completely recommend this product to anyone looking for a good face mask that takes care of acne and leaves your skin feeling awesome

LOVEEE the smell! Nice and fruity. Don't be wary about the price! I bought this forever ago and I still have so much left! And I use it every week, multiple times a week! Lasts a long time and it feels so nice! For those of you who say you dont know why its called a "hot" mask...I dont know about you guys by I put this on right after a long hot shower. It says to apply to WET skin, so I hop out of the shower and put it right on. With my pores all open I DEFINITELY feel the HEAT...its a little zing! Feels nice! Works great!

While this product certainly was NOT hot, or even mildly warm, I did think it was a decent mask and my skin felt nice afterwards. That being said, I don't think I got what I was looking and would prefer to try another brand next time.

I have used this 3 times so far, and it hasn't made a difference so far. My sales person informed me that it would heat up on my face, and after 10 minutes, it still feels cold. I am going to be taking this back with my next trip to sephora, and hopefully something else will be recommended! Good luck!

When I read the reviews posted by others and I was really skeptical but I decided to give this a try for my acne prone skin. I used it the 1st time and did see some results where the little ones have reduced in size and disappeared over night. The 2nd time I used it I used it as a spot treatment and it created a yellow puss within the10min treatment for my cystic pimples which takes like 2 weeks to form. This meant that it'll be easier for me to treat them so, I was extremely happy. I have no idea what different ingredients this one has compared to the other products out there but its so gentle and effective. I love this product. I could not have asked for more. I am keeping you!

Because you apply this mask to damp skin, it goes on super easy and once it finally drys and starts to feel uncomfortable (like most masks feel from the get-go) it's time to wash it off. My skin was SO smooth and fresh feeling. Best mask results I've ever used. It was sensitive, yet effective! Not sure why it's called "Hot" because this mask does not heat up. But the results are sure HOT! LoL

I was very excited to try this product because I love masks that heat up and feel like they're really soaking into my pores to clean deep down. However, I was very disappointed to find that this mask did not heat up! I tried it a few more times and had similar results. It works fine as a regular mask, but I wouldn't recommend this if you're looking for a hot mask.

I have been using this make about 4x/week. Nothing spectacular, but the old zits I have are fading and no new ones have arisen, so that is worth a lot! Apply this mask to wet skin and it dries over 10 minutes. The smell is good and it feels nice just to use the mask. Rinses off very well with no residue. Only time will tell with this one!

Usually, I'm very skeptical with face masks because most never work on my face---but, this one! Wow. From the minute I put the mask on until I washed it off, it felt like it was working. Lo and behold, most of my blackheads vanished! It also has a pleasant scent to up the experience. I would definitely splurge again and buy another once I finish the one that I have.

this product is the BEST. its easy to apply and rinse off and it smells great but its not too overpowering. after rinsing it left my skin smooth and my blemish/zit is slowly going down. I LOVE IT
