Quick Take: fast acting, good smelling, fun to use
This product is amazing and works so fast and drastically. I love it. but..... the acne face treatment...... well first it exploded in the box. and then after i cleaned it up and was ready to use it. The top of the tube (where nothing should be coming out of) kept fizzing out and the opening at the bottom (where the product should be coming out of was stuck or something. it was a nightmare!!! but other than that i really love this skin care line. I also emailed the company about this incident and the next day got an email back saying they would replace it! awesome!!!

Quick Take: good value
WE loved this product! Saw great results. The only problem with the kit is that one of items needs to be repackaged. For some reason one tube keeps bursting. Ugh!! If not for this it would be a 5 star rating.

For those of you who are skeptical about this kit. Fear not. Don't make the mistake I did. I first bought the Clickr Hot Face Mask just on a whim. I liked it and checked out other products from their line. I needed a new "toner" and decided the vanishing mist and Acne Spot Treatment combo (theboyfriend kit) was going to be my next purchase. And I loved them too! Then I bought the face wash because, come on, how can you not have the main thing...the FACEWASH. I used to have the worst breakouts on my chin CONSTANTLY. When one would finally go away, two more would pop up. My face has been so clear thanks to this line. Do yourself a favor...don't do what I did and buy everything gradually...buy it all at once for this awesome price. Trust me, it works!

Quick Take: good value, soothing, heating mask, fast acting, tingly
I first discovered this stuff when I was looking around in Sephora. One of the girls was telling me about it and how it worked and I decided I'd get a trial kit. I used the trial kit that very night and instantly felt a difference in my face. It felt tingly, soothing, and instantly refreshed. And I had purchased a heating mask separately to use with the rest of the treatments, and that worked wonders. That whole system is amazing, and after about 3 or 4 days of using the whole system twice a day, my acne improved tremendously. (and my acne has been really bad as of late.) But I have gotten a lot of compliments about how good my face looks and how fast it cleared up. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

acne face treatmet bothers me

Quick Take: good value, mostly decent feels good
I really like this product but the acne face treatment gets on my nerves. I can't open it without it fizzing all over the place!!! The face that is fizzes makes me feel like it contains things that would work but I cant even get it open without it going crazy and then the product just gets stuck inside the lid!!! ugh...help please!!!!

Quick Take: clinical smell
I actually got this for my mother who is nearing 50 but is under so much stress that she breaks out all over. This has GREATLY reduced her acne. She really now only has it on her chin as opposed to all over. She probably wouldn't even have acne on her chin if she would just stop picking! However, it only gets four stars because it smells really bad and there is no moisturizer.

After much debating between this acne kid and the Murad Acne kit, I choose the Clickr for my 12 year old daughter. She get's some pretty bad acne on her forehead and Proactiv wasn't working for her so we decided to try this.
Opening the kit at home we noticed that the tube of Acne Treatment had exploded and was all over the products in the kit. The lotion was also seperated in the tube (make it virtually unusable). I wrote a quick email to the company directly about the tube and we decided to use the rest of the products.
Long story short, even WITHOUT the acne treatment lotion my daughter's face was clearing up by the next morning. She loves it and the smell isn't really an issue with her (she says the products smell like cucumbers and the mask smells like fruit punch).
Clickr's customer service is awesome. I wrote the email complaining about the tube on Sunday night, received a response Monday morning apologizing and asking for my mailing address so they could send a replacement. By Wednesday afternoon I had a UPS package with not only a replacement Acne Treatment Lotion but also the Clickr Spot treatment pen as a gift for my troubles. On top of that, there was a HANDWRITTEN personalized note once again apologizing and asking me to please keep them updated on my daughters progress.

I don't feel like any of the products in this set did anything for me. The dermabrasion scrub left my face feeling like it had a film on it. The vanishing mist didn't do anything except smell horrible. And I didn't notice any difference with the face treatment or the hot mask. I bought it based on so many positive reviews, but it actually made me break out more. I gave it about a month to start to kick in, but it just never happened for me. Bummer.

This was recommended to me by one of the girls in the store when I came wanting something to help with my acne (Like most teens). I have oily skin and have been having semi-bad breakouts lately and wanted something to stop it, clear it up and keep it under control. The girl said she had started using this and had started having nice results. We had a similar skin type so I went with her word on it working and purchased it along with the Acne Spot Serum pen.
She had said that some people had seen improvement within 24 hours of use. I came home and decided to start using it the next day. I used the product exactly how she told me in the order she said It was suppose to be in (you would think they would label the bottles and give better instructions on what she be used in what order if they went far enough as to describe each product on the box). After giving my face a good scrub with the wash, I used the Acne Face Treatment as directed (this one smelled very bad to me), I let my skin absorb it as directed, Then used the Acne Spot Serum and followed up with the Vanishing Mist (the plus side to this is it smelled nice. Like cucumbers). Even after patting my face and absorbing, My skin felt sticky and felt like I put something thick and heavy on it.
Well the next night after using I didn't see any results. Which I hadn't really expected to see any noticeable RIGHT away. By the morning of day three I still hadn't seen any improvement and so I gave my skin a really good look over and started seeing even more bumps then there were before. I'm now at day five and my acne has gotten twice as bad.
I will be returning this package and the Spot Treatment pen.

Quick Take: not worth it
i was really pumped to try this cuz most of the reviews were good but it didn't do ANYTHING for my skini have pretty bad breakouts and i have tried so many things and this just didn't work.also the acne face treatment smelled SO WEIRD.idk if it was just mine...but it was gross.i saw pretty much zero improvement in my skin

Quick Take: good value, fast acting, smells great
I have looked long and hard for an acne treatment that would be fast acting and not overly drying and I found it in this product. It zaps my acne into nothing faster than any product I have tried. And it's a plus that everything (especially the hot face mask) smells amazing. I would definately recommend this to anyone who has younger teenage skin who has trouble with acne. I cannot wait to try their other products.

I have very sensitive, acne prone skin so it's hard for me to shop for skincare products since they can be either too harsh or not harsh enough or too oily. ClickR is perfect for my skin! It's clearing up and it's not irritated at all. My daughter uses it too and her skin is clearing up. LOVE IT!!

I've been using this since January (been working great) but had the Acne Face Treatment Tube explode.. I just wanted to give everyone a FYI that if you contact the ClickR people (on their website) they will UPSyou another tube for free.. they just asked for a picture of what happened to their product and I got a new tube two days later.

Quick Take: not worth the money
I had been stalking this product online for months before i finally splurged and bought it. I was soooo excited when it finally came. When I first opened the spot treatment, the product exploded. Literally. It shot out the bottle and went everywhere!!! All over the walls, the sink, and my clothes. I thought that maybe they just over stuffed the tube so no big deal that sum of it sprayed out. Man, I wish I had returned the product then. The face was is SUPER oily. Instead of making my face feel clean, it feels like it had clogged up my pores. And it smells terrible! The mist is cool, although i don't really think it works and it also smells bad. The spot treatment also doesn't work and smells bad. The only thing I like is the mask. It smells really good and leaves your face feeling very soft! But $60 for 3 terrible products that didn't help me at all and a nice mask? No thanks.

I like the face wash and the toner was nice....altho i doubt it does anything special. The mask was also just blah...but the treatment left my skin sooo oily!!! it =s like helloo my skin is already so oily and this product makes it worse! i know you still need to moisturize oily skin...but the treatment made my face feel so oily and heavy....the way that even no foundation has made my face feel. had to return it!!

Patience is not the key to this kit. I used it for over a month and nothing happened except made my face worse than it has been in YEARS. its been a month or two since then and im still suffering from the results of this kit.

Quick Take: great value, nothing is too expensive for great skin, smells good, proves harsh chemicals does not cure acne
I have extremely sensitive skin and have tried everything from neutrogena to proactiv......with one leaving my eyes extremely swollen within 20 minutes of use and scarring. The harsh chemicals from the product containing benzerol peroxide even turned my royal blue tank top pink, and that is not something I want on my face.
Within 24 hours of using Clickr, my dark spots were lighter and my skin was moisturized; not shiny or oily. For the first time I don't have to use oil blotting sheets and I can't wait to use the face mask at night.
I plan on turning my friends on to this product!!

I bought this with high expectations, used it for about three weeks and didn't see much improvement. In addition, every time i used it my face would become super itchy at night, so the little results were not worth it.
