Quick Take: moisturizing
I purchased this in glitzy and it's a perfect neutral for my fair complexion. It gives the sheer, shimmery look of gloss without being sticky. I just wish it were longer lasting, I end up reapplying all day.

Love this lip pencil. I bought it in glitzy. Product creates a soft tingle when applied and has a fresh, minty smell/taste. Wish the matte pencils had a few more color options.

Quick Take: non-drying
I have recently become obsessed with chubbie make-up - eyeliners, lipsticks, eyeshadows, etc. This is a great little lipstick! The peppermint oil makes my lips feel tingly and the application is super quick. It's not sticky and leaves my lips moisturized for several hours. I constantly have a water bottle next to me and drink all day long, so it could last longer if not for that. I got "Buff" and love the subtle shimmer. Good chubbie! :)

I just bought this color in Glitzy. Very pretty neutral color. an added bonus is you don't have to sharpen. I can't say this is the most moisturizing lip color I've ever used but it's still one I would buy again.

This is the perfect color and texture and amount of shine. I'm 40 and yet this looks perfect. Glitzy is the best color for my light to medium skin. I use this stuff like crazy!

Don't be afraid of pink!

I took a chance and bought the Pouty and was terrified when I saw how bright the tube was when it arrived. To my surprise it turned out to be a perfect spring and summer color. I have very fair skin and have a hard time finding the right shade of red or pink. This is perfect, it's bright enlightenment to make a statement without being too overpowering. Plus, it softens your lips. The only downside is that it doesn't last as long as I would like, but it is definitely worth the money!!!

Ordered the color, Glitzy, and am in love with this lip stain. The color has depth (yet subtle), just the right amount of sheen, and is moisturizing. I'm happy with it's staying power as well. A true winner.

I have been wanting to try one of these for a while. I am a lipstick junkie. Always on the look out for the new best lip stick that will be long lasting and non-drying. I absolutely love these! I bought the color achiote. Having red/auburn hair and fair skin it's sometimes hard to find lipsticks that aren't too harsh for my coloring or don't totally wash me out. The color is perfect and it makes my lips feel so soft! Love!

LipSirgence provides a beautiful glimmering wash of sheer yet buildable color. This is a great texture for spring and summer. As an added bonus, it tastes fantastic too. Tarte always seems to produce quality products, and LipSurgence is no exception.

But that's the whole point it is moisturizing and u can apply often without fear of it looking like too much.

I like all of Tarte's LipSurgence lip products (the luster, lip tint and matte versions).
They go on smooth and feel moisturizing; probably more so to be than I originally thought because they are a pencil and some lip pencils are really drying on my lips. Not these!
The Lip Luster LipSurgence have more of a sheen/gloss to them compared to the Lip Tints (and of course to the matte as well).
I have a few shades, but the ones shown in the photo below with all shades swatched on my hand are: Glitzy, Flashy, Dazzled and Sweet (the top two shades are the Lip Tints I have).
I've also attached a pic of shade Flashy on my lips, which is my favorite!
